Clear Choice Cannabis - Tacoma

I absolutely love clear choice. Just moved to tacoma and this city has been chaotic as hell compared to home. They always have me leaving with a big ol smile cuz they're just so calm and genuinely kind, not to mention the always great recommendations on flower, oil, etc.

I had such lovely service when I stopped in here. They were patient with me and more than happy to make sure I got what I wanted and answered all my random questions. They were very attentive and chill. The store itself is gorgeous. I WISH there was a store like this near me. Their selection of cartridges in the brand I use was amazing! And the deals that were offered blew my mind. Thank you lot so much!

Great selection of quality products, find myself to be a bit rushed in making a purchase with the huge selection that they have.

The staff are always very knowledgeable, they get you in and out quickly and such a great atmosphere!

The place used to go did away with their customer loyalty program, so I felt it was time to check out some other stores. I had avoided Clear Choice is the past due to the fact that they advertise heavily, and obviously put a lot of money into that store, nice place! So I assumed their prices would be higher, I was wrong - very good prices, maybe not rock bottom. I really like the online ordering system, I do my own research so I know what I want before I go in, just want to get in and out - easy at Clear Choice. Every shop has it's own kind of vibe, I would say, just about anyone would feel comfortable there. Only negative, is the parking lot, sometimes I feel like some old pervy creeper, parking in the Hustler Hollwood lot Also, the Hosmer area of Tacoma isn't the greatest, and that's saying something around here. Very important, going by the harvest dates on the package, the weed seems much fresher than some other places. Oh, and if manager reads this; please carry Orange Kush, it's my all time favorite, and I'm sure your customers would love it too.

Nothing but Awesome. Clear Choice is my favorite Cannabis shop. The Medical Staff is over the top great. You pay a little more for the Medical Marijuana Card, but the staff is educated and helpful. They have deals every day for everyone. I have never walked out feeling like I have paid to much. They do have a line most of the time but the shop has always been fully staffed so it moves pretty quick. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They know what is on sale so you just have to ask! Parking is tight, but unless its 420 day, you can find parking. The store is clean and colorful with digital menu boards.

Aesthetically pleasing, clean atmosphere and killer staff. YOU are their priority.

This was my first time going in Clear Choice Cannabis and I was blown away by the service I received. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Victor who could not have been nicer. There was a small line but they have a ton of registers so the line moved fast. My budtender was Nick and he was so welcoming that by the end of the sale I felt as if I had known him for years. He spent nearly 10 minutes with my wife and I and we never felt rushed and he was willing to answer any question we had. This is now my go to dispensary.

I think they need to focus on customer service.They can have all the selection you need but if they don't have a smart personable budtender, how will they help you find what you need? I'm the kinnd of gal that gives shops more than one chance, but each of the 4x I've visited I've been highly disappointed. the budtenders look annoyed to help, almost like I'm taking up the time they could use to text on their phone. on 2 occasions I just stood there waiting for one of the girls to get off their phone so they could help me. when I ask them specific questions they keep recommending the same product as if they're pushing old stuff on me. I don't think I'll be back a 5th time

Good selection!

Love this place! Staff has always been super friendly and helpful for me. I dab A LOT and Clear Choice always has the best selection of Refine Seattle concentrates around. I go on their X-tracted Mondays when I can get Refine at a discount.

Went here one night because they were having a deal, and it was getting late. They were very kind and patient. Very helpful as I am still not too sure about concentrates. I did have to ask about their loyalty program. And there was a one legged beggar outside that the employees didn't seem to care he was there. The beggar was actually very nice and not pushy, lol. I even gave him money, but I can see where it would be off putting to others. The parking lot is a nightmare.

Clear Choice in my opinion is probably the most professional dispensary I have ever been in. It is kind of like going to your local grocery store you trust. It is one of the few dispensaries where I consistently feel compelled to tip being most of the bud tenders are polite and professional. One thing I like about them is everything they sell you goes in a bag without question, which little things like that I notice. It almost feels as if the cannabis comes with a guarantee. The lines get long quick and it gets crowded, but it moves fast as they have a lot of bud tenders on hand. Another thing I like is that if they are not sure about inventory, they will go digging, without an attitude. I've been in other dispensaries where if the budtender isn't sure, they will just say they don't have it. Not at Clear Choice. They search for your needs. They constantly carry an impressive inventory of grams and eighths at affordable prices. One would be surprised at the selection $20 could get. I also think few places could match a Snoop Dogg meet and greet! It is also very easy to find. Thus far, this is my fav dispensary.

it's a very nice place to pick up

I LOVE this place! It's all purple (my favorite) and has an amazing selection of glass that is like an art gallery. My budtender made great recommendations, but was less than personable. I was disappointed that she didn't tell me about the rewards program until after I paid for my $150 goodie bag. After signing in, I was given a 15% off coupon. Ummm that would have been nice to apply to this visit. At other places I'm often given a discount of some kind for spending so much. 😤 Anyway, my friend that came with me said that this is "Nordstroms

I think I’ve had a different budtender every time, but everyone is so nice and willing to share their knowledge, recommendations etc. I really appreciate the time they put into you- at first I was put off by a long line, but it moved fast due to a bunch of staff, and even though the line was long they still took a bunch of time with me and did t make me feel rushed at all. LOVE this place

Everytime I try to venture out and find a new dispensary, I quickly discover that no one can top Clear Choice. The environment, the product, and the bud tenders that are always knowledgeable and willing to help. It’s a win everytime I walk in!!!

it's the best around tac town

I'm not a huge smoker so it used to make me nervous to go since I don't know much. The bud tenders are friendly and don't rush you even when it's busy. They're fast an efficient but you don't feel rushed. I usually have to tell them what feeling I'm looking for and they can always give a recommendation. It's very clean in there and organized, huge selection of quality products. I feel like an expert now. I always recommend clear choice and the other places I have tried, are terrible in comparison.

Great location, central to everything in the greater Tacoma area. Service with style and product that keeps you coming back with deals hard to beat.

My SO and I have gone to this shop more than any other in our short time of living in the Tacoma area. The bud-tenders are a hit or miss. Some of them are very kind while others make you feel like you are being rushed. I will say my highest complaint is that the location is terrible. Not to mention there are sketchy people walking around this shop & that has happened at every trip that I have made to it. The pros are that the prices are pretty good (maybe not the best) and overall the flower is great. I would recommend to a friend but would advise of the issue of location & weirdos walking about.
