Cliff's Cannabis

I recently shared a review on Yelp, expressing my disappointment, but I didn’t receive any response. Frustrated, I decided to visit the establishment in person to discuss my concerns directly with the manager. I brought along photos that highlighted the issues I encountered. To my dismay, nothing substantial came from that conversation. What kind of hospitality is that? I was left feeling unheard and unappreciated, which is why I can no longer recommend this place. During my visit, I made it clear to the manager that I intended to leave a negative review based on my experience. His response? A dismissive "do whatever you want!" It was shocking to encounter such indifference. I urge anyone considering this place to think twice; it feels like they are more interested in making a quick profit than providing quality products or service. I experienced being sold subpar items that they failed to take responsibility for. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this establishment!

These employees refuse to abide by the law, by accepting medical marajuana cards. This is completely illegal. Im not sure where else to report this. I have asked multiple times, but they refuse. i legally CAN NOT pay tax on cannabis. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Not to mention the owner also owns IC and murdered his wife. lol

Great visit for someone still learning the ropes of modern cannabis. Grabbed some edibles on sale and the person working was very helpful in explaining the highs of each. Also just felt less intimidating and more efficient than other places I’ve visited.

Stopped by this store as I was at QFC and at Gemini Fish (which is next door to Cliff's Cannabis). Evidently Cliff's Cannabis opened in the past several weeks ... why no publicity??? Nonetheless, the store was great. Amazing to see the selection ... many items I haven't seen at Bellevue stores. The pricing ... better than what I've seen in Bellevue. Finally ... service. A great group that was very helpful and patient as I was new to this store. I am looking forward to shopping on-line with this store... as they told me this feature would be on-line soon. Thanks for opening in Issaquah!!!
