I purchased a new cartridge and 5 day's into use it is leaking and they would not change it nor offer any solution to the defective product, there is no customer service care. This is my first time and last, there is no problem solving philosophy, the person that seemed to be the manager only quoted their policy over and over again. If you are looking to establish a relationship for the long run, look elsewhere, your not important to them.
Siempre hago mis copras aquí. Los técnicos conocen muy bien de lo que hablan y dan muy buenas recomendaciones. Gracias a Michael que siempre ofrece las mejores alternativas de acuerdo a lo que estás buscando. Solo deben cambiar las puertas que le desmerecen al lugar ;)
Always like their service and the people who work there make you feel very warm and welcomed. Today I had a serious health issue and when I called even though there was a bit of confusion when I got there EVERYTHING resulted better than expected!! I was able to get my meds and the staff helped distract me from the anxiety that I had over my situation. Special thanks to Gabriel and Alan and the rest of the team who was there. You really helped at a time of need :)
