Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!

These people are not professional at all. They are constantly sending out emails and they retract them about a half hour later.... Place an old and when you arrive, they don't have it, or their system is down. Says ALL state systems and dispensaries are out, but they are lying to you. Only their place is down. They will argue with you and hang up if you call ... Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other place. Stay away from Columbia Care.

The STAFF and service here is beyond amazing! AMAZING!!! I am so grateful for the attention & care they give each of their patients! I'm so happy I can show my appreciation to the staff by tipping them now! They absolutely deserve it! Best care I have ever been given, I do not go to at any other dispensary!
