This was my 1st time coming into Cookies? I was greeted with a very kind gentleman in the lobby. I would like to thank Kilo for his excellent customer service his knowledge and professionalism. It was a great experience!

Came in today had a great experience Oliver helped me out and showed me the new lemon cherry gelato from Backpackboyz definitely recommend coming here they are knowledgeable and have great customer service.

I just want to say when I entered Halsey cookies Portland I was greeted with the most warm welcome by the staff then they took me to the actual shop to actually pick up some fire 🔥 flower I would like to say thank you to kilo from Portland Halsey for going above and beyond and helping me get the best products and taking his time and showing me everything thank you so much continue being a awesome bud tender cookies needs more employees just like you all the way from California much love and big buds 💯

Went in around 9:30am on 11/12 to pick up an online order. The Mz that handled my order was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend cookies for your cannabis needs

Best dispensary I’ve been to and best quality hands down. The staff are awesome, knowledgeable, and not snobby. Millie was freakin awesome, and knew exactly what I was looking for. This is my go-to place from now on.

It's close to my house and the have good deals and great products!

The quality of the top of the top shelf is amazing, but not ever going to pay $400 for an oz, especially on 4/20. It blew my mind when the lady told me the price.

My name is Arthur, I come in almost on a daily basis , i think my favorite bud-tend has to be Oliver . He is always attentive to my needs and my budget . He has made several suggestions for me to try new replacements products if i can’t afford the items i usually buy and he really knows his job . I’m usually a creature of habit and always buy the same (*more expensive) items but he has advised me on many substitutions and i have enjoyed each lower priced item that he referred me to. He also has ordered me products that were out of stock on the brands that i don’t like to take a substitution on . He’s always cheerful and upbeat and i look forward to seeing his face when i come through the door . The rest of the staff is great also and what sets Cookies apart from the other dispensaries is there is never a long wait to be served . Thanks Oliver & Cookies .

As always, the staff is friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. The store is bright, clean and well laid out. The prices are fair and are one of the only places that already include the tax in the price, so you know exactly what you're spending when you make an order. Highly recommend this dispensary.

Very much liked my experiences with this dispensary. They've always had what I wanted, or something comparable to what I was looking for. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Got me what I wanted, and gave great recommendations when I wanted them. The store itself is nicely sized, and has a good variety or products. Finally, the prices are great. there are deals going on every day, and there is a pretty good loyalty program. Overall a great experience with this dispensary, and I am thinking I want to make this place my go to store for my weedy needs from now on.
