I LOVE Cookies in Ontario ! 💙 Bash.., is My#1 he’s literally educated me about everything I purchase, and more. He’s always “smiling” and his bright cheerful attitude is amazing. I’m 64, he’s nvr made me feel clueless when it came to any of your product. Overall “ALL” staff there are amazing and unique, I’ll nvr go anywhere else. I’ve been going to this location for two years and I’m still faithful 💙

Very cool people that work there and the deals were great too! Go online on Thursdays is when you get 20% off. They showed me the smell table and it was cool. I was able to, with the money I saved, get an eighth of the Cookies grown Moonwalker and it was smooth and strong at the same time! I was so glad I gave it a try. I'll try out there other ones considering how good this one is!

You guys are tremendous! I appreciate your patience and understanding for those of us with traumatic brain injury issues. I'm sure you didn't notice however when you were trying to check me out I was having a complex partial seizure. However because medicine is awesome I'd like to share I'd been having them in clusters all day and was sick enough my sister after her own 16 hourish day drove me to now having gone the longest between these breakthrough seizures I've had a break now between them for about 3 hours. I have to recommend the gumbo!

Anthony and bash are excellent budtenders! They know what they are talking about and always give fire recommendations!

My guy fern made everything so easy. Like I honestly felt so comfortable and welcomed by him. If I had a gold star I would of gave him one.

Fern was really great at explaining all the questions I had and helped the experience go great, he really knows his stuff!. Atmosphere was chill and store was very clean.

Fabulous people...

Leafly listed one price and I was charged a higher price in-store at pickup. I drove ~100 miles expecting the checkout total to be accurate, and it was not. This is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should not have to deal with price changes after placing an order. I recommend going elsewhere. Would not recommend coming here! Terrible experience as a first time customer
