Came through to check out the Hotbox spots again — I used to work for the company and helped open Cookies, so it was cool seeing things from the customer side. At Cookies, it was great catching up with Lowgun — still holding it down. At Hotbox, I didn’t place an online order, just walked in with a dab in mind, and Jalen really made the experience chill. Super patient, showed me some products, answered questions, and made it easy. Lots of new faces at both stores, but the energy was solid. Great to see familiar people and a shop still doing things right.

The kid that helped me today was very patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Can’t wait to try the product!! Will return to cookies in Ontario OR. Thanks guys.

Super helpful, friendly and professional. It's the only place I go now. Theres even points that accumulate and I never even registered for a club or anything. They cool.

I've been in a lot of places and this is the first one where it was fully open you could look and smell the flower without having to ask and they had all the other products open and in a case for you to see. everything was backlit so it made it easy to see different colors of oils. Overall it was a super cool experience and the staff was super friendly and educational 10/10 definitely going back!

I had an amazing experience at Cookies thanks to Dom and Chris. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this dispensary over any other in ontario!
