Good Morning my name is Fred I love you guys is products and, atmosphere my only problem is when making an online order for a pickup I feel like once you make the order even if there's one or two left and, you happened to add it to your cart 1st thing in the morning i feel like it should get left alone until the person comes and, picks up and, if they don't show by 9 p.m. like you guys said then sell otherwise it should be first come and, 1 st serve online pickups should not be messed until the otherwise and, the person doesn't shows up because me that's false advertisement

Was the first one in the door an first one out the service was excellent

I've been here multiple times and each time they have had a huge selection that was all very decently priced. The service has also always been fast. It doesn't matter how many people are in line I've never waited for longer than a couple minutes

Once again I get there and absolutely no handicap parking available people are constantly parked in handicap parking and don't have a handicap placard it's very inconvenient for the people that need to park

Well the bud is great it just showed on the website that it was whole flower and when you get there they trick you because it’s popcorn small buds

I feel that they should a checkout line for online orders only .I had to wait 30 minutes in line just for pickup.

Well I go to pick my order up it's not ready then the lady tells me they don't have what I want call on the walkie-talkie and the guy says they haven't had that kind for some time now. I pull it back up on my phone and there it is. Then I pull something different pre-rolls and says they haven't had that in awhile ether VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE AND THEY DIDN'T CARE LIKE WHAT EVER

Cosmopolitan dispensary is quick reliable helpful and very peaceful and knowledgeable of their products ....

Had a very good online ordering experience and when I went to pick up my order they were so very nice and took care of me fast....

I put in online orders and 40 % of the time my order is given away or online menu doesn't the inventory in store

No reason to order online , they don’t hold your product anyway. IMO it’s a bait and switch tactic to get you into the dispensary.. shady business and debating if I will ever go back. The staff its self is real friendly.

Multiple times I’ve made online orders picking them up in orderly fashion, only to get to the dispensary and be told they no longer have my order or that they haven’t had that strain in stock for weeks. I don’t understand why the system doesn’t email, call, or text to let ppl know the product they want is not there. They wait until I show up at dispensary, which I then have to take out more money to pay for over priced small portions of weed that I didn’t order in the first place. Then told by budtender that the strain I ordered, they haven’t had for awhile it shouldn’t be on menu, so then when I asked why don’t you guys take it off website and menu so there’s no more confusion, the budtender agrees with me and says that they have said something, only to be told by someone who I’m assuming is the manager for the day, that “ THEY CANT TELL CUSTOMERS THAT”! I don’t know This has happened 3-4 times recently and I’m A VERY DISAPPOINTED customer.

Not @ all what I was expecting as it was my 1st time going there. The line was basically taken “as is, no separate lines for online, etc. The girl that waited on me @ the register was pretty nice! Overall, it was an okay experience. Pricing was a bit cheaper, but quality isn’t the best. You get what ya pay for, Apparently!

Good low-key spot cheap prices I am a picky person I definitely recommend this place..

Online order was not even ready.

I went to pick up my order for today and on line it said 19.20 but when I got there they changed me 21.60 for my order

Decent flower for decent prices.What I don't understand is what's the purpose of online ordering if you're gonna show up and they tell you that what you ordered is out of stock after getting confirmation texts that your order is ready for pickup.No other dispensary does that around here

Great service today. I always get good customer service but the person that waited on me today was patient and waited for the gunmies I wanted. Great prices and quality

8/31/24 ordered online off of the cosmopolitan website chose cosmic owl and when I got to dispensary they gave me a rocket science product I asked why that was and they told me something about them having the products as the cosmic owl I then tried Leafly ordered all for them picked cosmic owl and again rocket science was waiting for me instead of the cosmic owl product total false advertisement didn't want to complain but I will be shopping in house where I can pick the botanist I want and not be tricked into buying something from someone else disguising themself as a different company.
