Music was way too loud at the front desk. Then I asked my bud tender what prerolls are good right now. Never had a bud tender ask me if it’s my first time here, point at the tablet and tell me there entire catalog is there before. Super poor customer service. I’ll take my business to Remedy up the road.

Rap music So loud the guy had to count my change twice. The music sounded like somebody trying to get out of a trunk. Just ridiculous.

No wonder no one goes to this dispensary. The cashier was emotional and offended when I asked why their card payment system was so complicated (cash refund, round up to the nearest 5 dollar???) He was very sensitive about their payment practices and told me that was the way they were always going to do it! As entertaining as his unprofessional outburst was, I would suggest that this is precisely reason most people I know avoid this place. I figured I would give it a try but it turns out, from the way the cashier acted (unless he designed their POS system himself) I would definitely say whoever owns this place needs to think about doing a retrain on customer service. Fake reviews aren't going to make up for what I've heard from almost every person who made the mistake of visiting this dispensary say about their experience.

Been here maybe 10x's and have always had a good experience. The atmosphere is spa-like and the service is usually quick and efficient. I've been to another close-by dispensary and they weren't very helpful with questions...pretty sarcastic...and made a trash suggestion. This is how I ended up at Curaleaf...and I have no plans to go elsewhere.

Everyone was nice and not faking it with extra effort in customer service. They got me what I needed quickly. I think perhaps the fact they care about each other makes for a great work environment, I dunno. Try them out - kind people, knowledgeable and great products.
