excellent...easy on and off I-91 centrally located. I really feel comfortable there to ask questions from staff and sometimes from others. The staff is wonderful...always perky and so helpful and knowledgeable. I wish that Arrow Alternative Care should open an office in Middletown! You would get all of the shoreline folks and Cromwell, Rocky Hill...would be a huge accomplishment for Arrow!

I am so glad I picked this location. I have been here a few times in the past month and from my first visit to my most recent, the people here have been so welcoming and just genuine sweethearts. On my first visit, I had to fill out some paperwork and then I met in a private room with the pharmacist who went over all of the different types of medicines they offer and explained differences and even offered suggestions after I told her my symptoms. I was nervous on my first visit, not really sure what to expect or how I would be treated. I read other reviews which made me feel confident in my choice. Again, I couldn't be happier with my choice. On your first visit you have a consultation with the pharmacist, but that is not necessary on your following visits. You can just go in and place your order or you can even order online and pick up (my favorite feature). I have been very happy with the medicine that I've received here. Very happy with the people and the overall experience. The do accept cash and debit card payments (they run your debit card through like an atm withdrawal) and you can use your credit card for anything that isn't marijuana (pipes, vaporizers, papers, accessories, etc..) If you live within a reasonable distance to Hartford, I would highly recommend registering at this location without reservation. You will be SO happy you did.

My D.O. referred me here, so I checked it out, and switched! It took all of 10 minutes, and they got it signed and faxed back in less than 20 minutes. Take time to listen to your needs. They HAVE the best PRICES. The person who said "they are all the same", is wrong. Exact same waxes are half the price, then where I use, to go. I am on the highway to less pain, and cutting back on narcotics and anti-anxiety drugs. So many options, and more are coming this year. This place is here to stay because they give great SERVICE. That is huge with me. Really big thanks to Demaris, and all the entire pharmacy welcoming me! It was like the weight of the world was lifted off of me. The "other" place, copped an attitude over that waxy pen that broke after 8 days..."oh well, too bad for you!" I expect higher standards, like ARROW has, since it's a pharmacy, not a "head shop". PRICES ROCK & so does the service.

I needlessly waited about 25 minutes for a pre-order due to two very inattentive pharmacists. When I first went in, I approached one of the counters and said I had pre-ordered. I was told to have a seat and I would be called. After that, I noticed that many (6 or 7) patients who definitely came in after me were being served. This is the 3rd time it has happened (always on a Saturday). Why they chose to tell some patients to have a seat and then wait on 1/2 dozen or more patients who showed up later is lame. Very poor service.

I've been coming here for over a year now and I'm more than satisfied with every visit to say the least. Every employee at arrow cares, and in this industry I will drive miles more for that service. Damaris was such a huge help the other day as my card had expired the day before going and she called up DCP right in front of me and had them email me a temporary instead of waiting endlessly on the crappy state. I have been to a couple other dispensaries and all I will say is Arrow Alternative Care is the place to go.

Went there the other day for the first time. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted. The service there was absolutely exceptional. Everyone there was very nice and caring and treated me as I was an actual cancer patient. This is definetly the best dispensary in CT. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good and reliable place to get there medicine. And the lady at thr front desk Damaris was an absolute doll. Such a sweet lady!!! =)

Top notch shop! Hands down the best in Ct. and anyone who knows me knows that I always expect top quality! Arrow has it :)! Best prices and the best customer service. any problem that I have had, they have exchanged or refunded and have never let me leave unhappy!!! Demaris is great, she is so welcoming and a great help. John is knowledgeable and can answer almost anything. very helpful and quite a gentleman. Mary is the best and gets your order quickly and with a smile. Angelo and Michelle are just the greatest owners that a shop could have. they're all great people the customer service is impeccable. check out any shop you want but you will find out in the end arrow alternative is the best and they're there for the customers!

I have been visiting Arrow Alternative in Hartford on a regular basis since I became registered. Every single visit, from the welcome at the door to the sweet goodbyes and 'see you later's' when I leave has been consistently pleasant and hassle free. Great Staff, I feel like I'm visiting friends. Very professional staff and clean & friendly environment.

Been with ARROW from day one when there were only 3 (well 2 one sold out say one) ground up strains to now which we are still very much in our infancy phase here in Connecticut. I feel Ct is doing this right as for the actual progression of real quality medicine and research without the sticks and ARROW ALTERNATIVE CARE is and has been the leader all the way around. Not to put ANY of the other "dispensaries" down as they as a whole are handling themselves well. Very Sincerely, I hope this helps your decision. Incredible. I've been coming here for about 5 months now, haven't been to any other dispensary in the state & won't need to. As far as price goes, I chose Arrow, which is about an hour drive each way, over the dispensary in my town, strictly because of the affordability. The incredible & knowledgeable pharmacists, atmosphere, and accessories they offer are all just icing on the cake :) Love this place.

Arrow Alternative Health Care is such an amazing experience! From the modern relaxing atmosphere with waterfalls, natural earth tones and relaxing music, to the incredibly friendly knowledgeable pharmacists on hand at all times, to the amazing prices and how friendly, inviting everyone that walks through those doors are. It truly is an amazingly positive experience from the time you walk into their dispensary, to the time you walk out!

Having read reviews, I expected a welcoming, professional staff. I expected a fairly nice atmosphere. I was worried it would be too stiff and serious to compensate for the stoner image. What I found was a wonderful balance between professional and laid back. Everyone was very willing to help me get what I already knew I needed (like I expected) without being pushy or self-important (which I was worried about.) Everyone from the staff to the owner was very friendly and informative, every question I asked had an answer. I will definitely come back, I had a great experience and they have a good selection with strains I like. I got small, easy-to-regulate, good looking nugs and not the finely ground shake bullshit I was worried about, either. It was an entirely positive experience.

I Really like the people working at AAC. The Dispensory Itself is really nice and the products are better than I could hope for lol I'd definitely recommend other clients to AAC.

OH Hey!!!I've been to Arrow twice now. My first time at arrow was amazing a bit of a wait because of a killer sale they were having; but when I heard sale my ears perked! So yea, def worth the wait! ;) The second time I went def a more relaxing experience I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Michelle (the owner) and I expressed why I chose arrow: affordability, large variety of products, and wonderful customer service. I come from about an hour and some change away but its totally worth it. I love Arrow! Will always recommend Arrow if you're a patient nearby or are able to make the journey!

Great staff, involved owners and best prices around. they will work with you whatever your requirements may be. also everyone should check out the Cannaed classes; they are incredibly informative and really give you an understanding of what the CT MMP is all about and what the producers do to get the product to you.

I was a little concerned at first cause of location, but it's rite off highway easy on and easy off!! Also, the customer service is great, and it's a calm atmosphere!! The owner came and introduced herself, and she gave me alot of great info!! They make u feel very welcome!! I felt very awkward the first cppl of times, but feel safe there!!
