This used to be the most chill dispensary. One of the first I remember to have the door between the reception area and dispensary open all the time and it was just a positive and welcoming vibe. Something changed and it’s not that place anymore. I have only been in the program for four years but I have been to most of the other dispensaries in a 20-mile radius. I have had such positive experiences elsewhere - never a conflict or a misunderstanding - just been happily served. At Curaleaf on City Ave, they’re always friendly and accommodating . Something must be up with this particular KoP location. (Seeing another review here regarding challenging interactions with the manager - recent enough to suggest that poor management may be at the heart of the problem.) My advice - if you have the flexibility, go elsewhere. Their deals and specials aren’t so amazing but even if it costs a few bucks extra, go elsewhere and enjoy your experience. Don’t pay to get a hassle and be disrespected.

The level of disrespect that I received from the “women who’s in every conversation” aka the general manager with dreadlocks. She not only insulted me in every way possible but she also threatened me in front of her entire staff. When I refused my order, she continued to harass and threaten me as I walked out. I asked the guy at the front desk and he was so fearful he said that she didn’t have a boss. After reading many many reviews and speaking to other people at dispensaries. This place has gone down hill and it’s so sad. I will never return and discourage anyone from shopping the KOP location.
Best selection, quantity and quality, in the Greater Philadelphia area. Although new shops are opening all over, I keep coming back to KOP.
It's really about the people that work there. Just nice, easy going and caring folks. I like the building too. It's small and well decorated. Good menu helps as well.

Love the place I really do. 99.99% of NY visits were awesome and spot on. Never a problem. Until just now. Showed usual usual. Show my cards and right on in. Say hello to everyone. Hold a door for someone because hey it's a good vibe place. Until today. While speaking with the bud tender and young man comes up to me and tells me I need to leave the store. Obviously dumbfounded I ask uh why? You have a knife on you. Now mind I'm on my lunch break and run quick to store an such because well time is money. So I had literally no idea I had it in my pocket because well its as commonplace as my keys. But as with most people who get little bit of authority, he had to show his flex to me. After not only embarrassing me and forcing me to exit the building while literally in the middle of a transaction i had to run out to my car and put my pocket knife away so I could make him feel safe I guess. No mind you the security guard every single time (and there's been many) nor ANYONE else had every even said something to me. Because well its literally a pocket knife. No blade showing and literally in my pocket. All Darius saw was a clip. It could have been a flashlight or a pen or voltage meter. But he automatically said it was a knife and I had to leave. So wasted precious time on my break and had to feel embarrassed as hell when I left. Great way to make so called patients for welcome. Thankfully theirs other shops around as ill be avoiding this place and Darius for awhile. Maybe next time Darius, have some professionalism and don't embarrass the patient like you did and then mock them as they leave. You are in the wrong business bud. And I feel doubly unsafe now that I know he had access to my personal information. Shame. Really really loved this place. Until today. Thanks Darius.
I liked this dispensary before they implemented their new rules. They make it impossible to shop there. Even if you don’t know what you want they make you sit and enter an order on an iPad before you can go back and talk to a bud-tender. I’ve spoken to other people at competing dispensaries (small talk while waiting) no one likes it.
This is my number 1 store. Always a huge selection on hand, great atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful. I never feel like I'm a burden or bothering them when asking them questions. Highly recommend Keystone KOP and the South Philly location!
I love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and their selection is usually large! Today I met Dom and she was awesome and added to my great day. I am roughly equidistant to at least 7 dispensaries and they by far have the best deals and client points program. A few visits ago I even received a cool free pouch for my vape pens. It's clean, it's fast and it's convenient to get there. Thanks for being awesome!!
Dan is awesome!! They are awesome. They are patient, knowledgeable, helpful. I've NEVER had a bad experience with them. Very amenable. They are there to help with your pains and anxieties. GOOD people!

The staff is always great, very helpful with any questions you may have . The music always gives the place a good setting and the products are good quality ive always found.
