the customer service was rough... a lot of younger employees wandering around looking confused. took awhile and I was the only customer.

profit hungry and do not care about providing quality medicine especially for the price here. total rip off use 10$ in gas to drive somewhere else

Loved the set up of everything, all brand new, great service. Prerolls were fat so I bought a few to sample the new strains, loved willys wonder. If you live in the queen creek area and dont feel like driving so far out this should be your new spot. Budtender was on point, he helped me pick the best buds. Really professional compared to other dispensaries in the area. This is def my new spot

I had a amazing visit today. Great variety and quality. The service was efficient as well as warming. Frankie specifically very brilliant met all expectations an above. Good attitude& Positive vibes all around!

I had a very bad experience. Purchased an electric pipe with a known recall defect. Even though it broke on the first day. They would not refund. Hard to get a hold of. I got stuck with it. This was the closest place to me. To bad for them. Been certified for only 4 months, have already spent hundreds at other places. $47 Loss for me. Hundreds of potential earnings of loss for them. These people are UN-Caring and don't take care of their customers. I don't think they will be in business long.

WORST. THE MEDS ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON! First, I drove from north Scottsdale to get a sativa I couldn't find anywhere. Reef listed the strain as available here on leafly, but when I got there, they had "similar strains that are so close, it's basically the same", as the ones they had listed on leafly. So I got 3 strains from thier mediocre options, and went back to the lobby to wait for order to be ready. The hell came when I opened them at home. 90s street weed was better than what I got from Reef. I didn't even want to smoke it, so I ended up throwing it all in a pot and making butter.

Nice and clean location. Good meds and very friendly staff. Great new patient special also. Will visit again.

The staff was nice and friendly and the place was clean but my flower was prepackaged so you don't get to see it weighed out and it came in a smashed mylar bag so it looked more like a bag of shake and it's dry as hell

My first time going I was very disappointed. We walked in the place it was boring and white when we were taken into the back room it was the same way and the service was terrible the employees were rude and rushed me to make my decision. Over all it was not a pleasant experience.

The people are nice but don't seem very organized Took 10 minutes before someone even came to the front to be able to check in and there were several people already waiting.
