Seb is the MAN!!! I love this place way too much. Just moved here from Texas & now this Curaleaf is my new home!!! Everyone rocks - especially Sebastian. He helps me out with literally anything I need, always makes an effort to see how I am, and always puts me in a good mood!! Kirby also rocks. Really awesome music too. Love these guys

I absolutely have to say I always love my visit to curaleaf every time I go I'm never disappointed and I have to say that the manager Corey is the best manager and they really care about their customers and that's what I like about curaleaf.

Staff was inefficient, and rude. Asked budtender how their day was and mentioned how busy they were fro 2pm on Tuesday and was told the budtenders I see are what I get. Seemed like a weird response. Won’t be coming back

Scottsdale is the worst Curaleaf. Sooooo slooow. Everyone in a long line upset.

Curaleaf advertised a 1/2 oz of sour diesel lemon for$35 so I ordered it, got a notice that the order was ready and picked it up after a long day at work. I was so tired, I gave my card and paid. When I got home realized they double charged me. I called what was supposed to be a direct line to the store but got Mina at corporate in Las Vegas. They said they aren’t associated with and don’t honor Leafly’s prices! BEWARE another dispensary with horrible customer care!!

Most amazing staff I’ve ever experienced in any smoke shop very caring, experienced and helpful

The flower I purchased was horrible. Online, it says it's 33% and it's not it's only 17%! It was very dry and brown looking. It doesn't have a gas or funk smell. I blame myself for not having the bud tender show me the bottom and looking at the percentage myself. I don't even want to smoke it.

The Scottsdale location of Curaleaf is my favorite of all of their locations and one of my favorite dispensaries overall. What sets it apart is the service. On 420 day ,(a day I usually avoid but the deal was too good) I came in and the place was fully staffed , fully stocked and running like a fine tuned machine. David was my bud tender and gave great advice , was patient and friendly. I go out of my way to visit this location just because I always know I am going to be treated well , they will have what I want in stock, and I am usually in and out the door in ten minutes.

Worst dispensary in the valley. Wait times even with online orders is 20+ mins. No proper procedures for separating med vs rec vs online. Online orders are manipulated without updates to customer. Staff is extremely slow, uncaring and untrained / educated on the products. Never again. Sharing as much as possible so ppl avoid this company. Harvest is 5-$10 more but you can be in & out in 5min.

Online order on a Saturday morning only took about 10 minutes to fill.

place is super legit. best deals on concentrate in town. Jason is legit, I try to catch him if available. every female there is easy on the eyes. I mean, wtf else could I want. I pop in every other day because they get so much new stuff.

Already in the process of reporting this location to the AZDHS where do I begin. Cashier 65099 does not know how to treat medical patients. I ordered online drove an hour to get there for the restroom to be out of order. No big deal it happens. When the young lady went to get my order she pulled the concentrates out of the bag and they were upside down. I told her they were sauce and I’m worried that it would collect around the edges and lose material. She said “I already put the stickers on” mind you she hadn’t charged me or checked my medical card. I asked if it was collected around the rim can I call and have it replaced and she said no. So I asked for a manager. The manager came out opened the boxes and sure enough the product was collected on the sides of the jar. She then said she would replace them. The young lady when handling the sauce turned it upside down to put the sticker on. Then when she put it in the bag it looked as if it were upside down. So I began opening it to check before I left as I already knew they didn’t care how they handled my medicine. She snatched the bag from me and opened it and it was in the right way. I took the bag back and like a dog she yelled Zip it up. I laughed and left. Now that I am home I opened the boxes and it looks like they just gave me the same ones and didn’t switch them, or just mishandled all of Canamo’ product. Whatever the case I have less than a gram now as the sauce is all over the cap and sides of the jar that I can’t get to. I will NEVER use this location again and encourage any medical patient who enjoys sauce to stay away. The manager didn’t even apologize for what the put a patient through. If I could give negative stars I would and I am contacting the GM of Canamo as well as the GM of curealeaf to include them in this situation. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. They do not care about medical patients here.

I have been a patient at Curaleaf on and off for a few years, tried the new Scottsdale location out, was left baffled at how the employees, my specific budtender knew nothing of the prices or product information. I left only halfway satisfied, the product and price is usually good. But it’s always nice to have a little positive banter with the employee and help me find a product, this definitely did not happen.

Inconsistent wait times. Staff untrained with high turnover. Plus that Scottsdale attitude

Worked with Steven (sp) who was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience at Curaleaf Scottsdale and will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff- you were all very nice and really welcoming!

I have been shopping at your dispensary in Phoenix on Bell Road. I was willing to make the drive living in Scottsdale, because I love your nano bytes and discounts for Medical and Seniors. I was very excited when your new dispensary opened up in Scottsdale. I met a very nice gentleman who oversees quite a few of your stores in California. He was in town. I was waited on by the Manager. Never once did he smile. He was so stressed out and short. He also told me that this location was not going to be “welcoming” walk-ins. I was so turned off that I will probably drive to Phoenix unless I have an online order or you get a new manager. He can’t handle the pressure apparently. I like to walk into dispensaries because you always learn about things that you didn’t know before. The manager needs to lighten up and learn how to treat people. I actually thought it would be fun to work at a dispensary, and that one in particular, but after meeting the manager, check please, next!!
