Hobbs, NM Associate Roxie- Roxie was one of the best sales associate ever. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Made me feel "welcomed" with her friendly smile. I was amazed with her expertise of being extremely knowledgeable of the products being sold. I left satisfied with my products of flower and edibles. It was a pleasant experience visiting the store in Hobbs, NM. I love how the associates not only do sales transactions but, excell in excellent customer service. The atmosphere was amazing. I had ordered online, Because supposedly the price ranges stayed the same, I oredered JUST! a gram to test the online orders, Had no problems at all, my total was $8.00, As I go to pay, the cashier said "We are going to round it up to $10". I just stopped and and thought to myself, " If my total price is $8.00 why am I going to pay an extra $2.00". The whole reason why I ordered online was because of the price, (Im Not Complaining) BUT!! How & Why does it make sense to charge $8 for a gram online, Then charge extra $2 at the moment of purchase. What bothered me is that the Cashier was not able to tell me why he was rounding the price to $10. I think it's just so the gram can come up to $10. WHAT IS THE POINT!!!!!. If im gonna pay the same as if i was buying off somebody that doesn't work in a dispesary.

If I had a dollar for every time someone at Dark Matter managed to make my day a better one, I’d have a nice stack of money in the bank. From customer service to quality products, knowledgeable staff, authentic atmosphere, and unbeatable hours of operation, there are very few that can compete.

This place is cheap and won't refund or let you return carts that are bunk. They wouldn't let me refund or return a multicolor cartridge not even 5 minutes after purchase. They tried telling me it's my fault. Don't trust this place.

Customer service sucks. Bought a vape pen there 9 days ago; didn't open it till yesterday only to find that it didn't work. Took it back this morning and they said (basically) - tough shit, it's over the 7 day 'policy'. Needless to say, won't be going here again, and I hope they miss my $500 per month business.

There needs to be a more organized system for getting served. People always jump ahead and it takes me way longer to get a single pre roll and these people are telling their whole life story to the budtender.
