Everything about the experience I’ve had with them this morning has sucked. The entire company as a whole. There’s no way to contact ANYONE other than through calling the store and all of their mailboxes are full. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this location for the last 30 minutes and I finally gave up and tried to go through their website, which is down. Then I called their main location to speak to a manager to see if they could help me but instead of being able to speak to one directly, it was a game of telephone. I’ve been a regular at this location since I turned 21 and I will never be going back after this. It’s not worth the hassle and overpriced products.

This is the worst dispensary in Reno! They are way over priced and I used to shop here all the time. Bit I recently found out they fired their entire staff to hire a new one at low wages? The staff was THE ONLY REASON I was shopping here. I would never support a business that would do that.
Clean and well maintained facility, inside and out. Very friendly staff and clear understanding of product as relates to customer.
