I have traveled to many dispos in Vermont and this one was pretty disappointing. Walked in after getting Id scanned and atmosphere was very quiet and rather awkward. No menus on the wall and the “menu” was couple pieces of paper that looked like an excel spreadsheet written in size 8 text. Could barely read it and was not organized in a way that makes it clear for the consumer. I actually had to ask for the menu after wandering around looking and the dude just slid it across the counter. Not helpful at all and honestly made me pretty uncomfortable. Def think they need to work on customer service and upgrading the way the display the menu.. otherwise the products I purchased were fresh, much more expensive than most dispos around here but good products.

In regards to the menu we now to have a digital menu, an ordering kiosk as well as the paper menus that have been redone and are sorted by product type so customers can find what they're looking for under the correct product type. Glad you enjoyed the product and its freshness we take lots of pride in the freshness of our product with everything being stored in a climate control system call Cannatrol. Next time you stop in be sure to ask if you qualify for any local or everyday discounts if you feel like the pricing is too high, we keep competitive pricing for the Vermont market and offer different discounts such as local, senior citizen, veteran discount, Medical card holder discounts and more.
