This place is the best, and has the greatest employees! I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about, sounds like a bunch of Karens wanting special attention and treatment! Literally the review before this one is some woman complaining that a Karen came in and was yelling orders at the clerk, and instead of being understanding and letting the clerk get that belligerent woman out as fast as possible, the reviewer decided to be a Karen too. News flash lady, Pre-rolls take a lot less time than an ounce does, and you spent half the review degrading another customer, you sound like an awful person. I certainly wouldn't want to tell someone that yanked on the door and barged in shouting orders at me to wait while I help another customer, I'd get them out as fast as possible! Sounds like everything was fine until you had to wait because someone else didn't want to, blame the rude customer not the employee or business. Also the reviewer could have stepped in and told the rude customer to wait since they were their first, didn't hear ya say anything about that so you just let it happen and left a rude review, yeah real class act lady. Great place, despicable customers apparently.

I literally just had the worst experience of my life here! Today July 2nd 2020 @ 2:00 pm!!! Let me tell you! It’s started off great walked in and no ones was in there yes theres No wait I go TO THE WINDOW and give the girl my license she gets me checked in and I head back! We go to the table to look at flower while we are there someone starts yanking on the door like a crazy person! The girl buzzes them back! She leaves me to go get their id to make sure their even suppose to be back because they DID NOT CHECK IN AT THE WINDOW! So she get the ladies Id and the lady is just being bossy already screaming out her order and instead of her telling the lady “hey I’ll be with you when I’m done helping this lady I just walked away from who checked in properly before you arrived here” she starts helping the lady! And it’s not a quick transaction she pulling out all the pre rolls explaining them all to her going over the different strains like as if I didn’t walk in before this lady and I wasn’t standing there! It was low key humiliating as if I wasn’t as Important and this fat white lady with her huge belly hanging below her shirt! Very disappointing experience! I’ve never been just disregarded like that! I was there to buy an ounce of bud for the holiday weekend too that’s what’s funny! I’ll spend my money somewhere else that won’t leave me standing to help someone who came in after me! Just rude!

my only question and concern was the reward system!?! do you have one or not? because y'all say there's one but you can't access the points or tell me if I have any???? how does that work?
