Been shopping here for the past 6 months or so and they have always had a full stocked store even when nearby DPO's were dry. They're pricing is a bit better than other nearby DPO's too. Service has always been great too. Nice folks selling good bud at reasonable prices. I'm a happy customer and I'll becoming back in the future.

5 out of the 6 items I ordered were wrong, right strain. I don't buy anything from dispo if it's not at least 26%. I ended up with a bag of 17% stuff. Check your bags before u leave, took customer service about a month of no replies whatsoever and then an individual got ahold of me and made everything right by me. CHECK UR PICKUP ORDERS THROUGHLY !!!!

Too over priced and I've been going there since they opened, I get so Dambed frustrated when you put order online and still have to wait in line before I get cald back. Certain female's are rude and don't want to give you your Loyalty points until you hound them, also I used to buy half ounces for $125, but they NEVER have them by time you get there and they won't let you know when they get a shipment in. I'm a Medical patient with some problems but they just don't give a damn. Screw this place for a while

I understand there's a "shortage" due to demand. But that doesn't give them the right to totally strip all deals that they had going for a year straight. Truthfully the brand was better under terrapins name. The concentrate has gone down in quality greatly. The other day I put in an online order and they accepted it saying its ready 30 mins goes by and they deny it with no call to tell me why. I put the order again under my girlfriends name and they accepted it so someone has it out for me at that store. The flower isn't even near proper quality and they are charging more for it..... proper does a daily strain deal for 30 dollars and even gives me 15% off everything else for low income discount.... fact is elevate can't compete and is over priced mid-grade with bad vibes that doesn't care about medical patients one bit they will treat you just like every other rec patient....

Honestly surprised by the first two reviews. I’ve been there twice now when my normal place runs out of the flower that I like. They have always been nice. In fact the last time I totally forgot about the change the guy behind the counter was supposed to give back. He told forgot too (we was talking about a good strain and the affects). I was walking toward the door and he was walking back to the other side of the store but remember my change. ( it was more than 5$ because they round up). Super nice guys. Their flower is pretty good. I kinda wish they had more different types. But all thumbs up from me.

Placed TWO orders for pickup. Both canceled with no explanation. Great customer service!!

Won't be going to this dispensary again..I just drove 40 minutes to make it with 25 minutes to spare and the guy at the counter told me they couldn't see me. I just moved 2 blocks away from them but will drive further to avoid these people
