I used to love going to this place in the mornings before work, but to be honest the new guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. This is the second time he sold me sativa flower and said that they’re in Indica, which have given me straight panic attacks on the way to work . One thing I loved about this place was their educated staff, but to get left with the new guy that was hitting on me the whole time and sold me the wrong affects that I was looking for is the reason I will not be returning here. I’d suggest Budtender trainings and maybe a quick huddle on boundaries between staff and customers. Great prices but horrible service twice. I wish you guys had name tags as well.

My favorite employee is Haley at the Central location. She has helped considerably, teaching and picking the right thing. She is very knowledgeable and so gracious. Having someone like her eases the uncertainty plus she made the whole visit great!!.

This was my first time shopping at the new Central location- have been a monthly or bi monthly customer of the Menaul location upon its initial opening. The space is large & instantly calms you upon walking in the door. My orders sole purpose was to take advantage the “12 days of dankness” discounts as I’m on a limited budget. My online leafly order consisted of a handful of the $5 pre rolls that I intended on adding to once I arrived & could see the product. The order was complete promptly but after arriving to pickup I was disappointed to learn that the sale was actually over/expired. The fine print in the ad on Leafly stated expiration date of January 1st, 2023. Not a problem the budtender immediately went into the back of the facility to retrieve the gentleman I assume is the Manager or possibly owner of the Dispo? Super laid back hip vibes dude I’ve dealt with in the past at Menaul, without hesitation informs me their marketing specialist was supposed to delete the sale off all platforms but mistakenly did not delete leafly so he will honor the sale prices. Even got 2 banana cake all flower 1g pre rolls at $2.50 each. I was bummed I didn’t get to take advantage of the happy .5g disposables, however instead I splurged on a bit of premium $13/g flower, tried an indica Space Face at 29+% this was ultra enjoyable & melted my ptsd symptoms away for hours. Love a myrcene dom indica so it rocked my socks 🥳 Appreciate y’all & will be back soon, need more Space Face 🫠🙃
