Very nice store and very helpful staff Josh was very helpful
The Budtenders are amazing and super Knowledgeable. They have a Wide Variety, top quality products, and the best prices. I live in Bixby, but essential is the only store for me and I will make the drive! HIGHly recommend! 5 STARS

Poor customer service, unable to answer questions in a professional manner. Poor quality, top shelf was like smoking ashes.
Big store very clean lots of product. I called before I came in because it was a bit of a drive. when I got there, they said, "Oh, we have that strain in carts but not flower", EVEN when i specified otherwise. for a store this big, they seemed limited on flower strains. not a huge selection and not the best quality. service was fine, besides them, and the strain error. not a bad store but I've been to way better.

Great looking store and on point workers....thanks for having me I would refer you to everyone!
They don’t honor tax exemption status, they don’t even care to learn what the rules are, definitely won’t go back
EASILY one of the best shops in the area.

We are glad to hear this! Thank you for your review and we look forward to your next visit! #GrowWithUs 💚

Walked in and guess people are too busy to deal with customers. Turned around and walked out. Seems customer service is something this store lacks. Won’t be back. Too many other options that help their customers.
Dispensary response:
We apologize for this. We would like to make it right. Stop by and give us another chance! 🙂
