Worst experience ever today, dutchie is having issues with addresses only showing town and state. I spoke with dutchie and and they told me to do call in orders told exclusive also, been working fine Wyatt and Jesse and the girl delivery person. Called today to put in a order and was told no she won't do call in orders, I said Wyatt does she said she's not Wyatt and Wyatt wasn't working today than asked if we had some other way, I just hung up informing her she wasn't going to like my review, seems like she was having a power trip. I'm sorry but that was unacceptable when they were aware of the problem dutchie was having lost my business your not the only dispensary that has what I want with compatible with prices.

Lying ass RACISTS. I came in from out of town specifically to get the credit for referral. WELL they told me because it was my first time I don't get a credit. So I come back and they said I have to bring the person in with me again to get the credit. it's obviously because I'm black because it's a bunch of white SOBs working here. It's ok I do know how to get a hold of your registered agent and serve them up a nice civil suit.

Really disappointed in my visit here. I came specifically to get the Matry's medicinals 1:1 CBD:THC patches to take on a very active vacation. Came in 30 min before closing and I told my budtender exactly what I wanted. She pulled patches off the shelf and I thought they looked weird, so I asked "did they change their packaging?" to which she said "oh, yeah! Must have." I even then proceed to tell her I love the Mary's patches because I can cut them in 4 and they still do an amazing job, which she agreed with. She packs them up, I pay, go home, open the bag and find that she sold me something called Neno's Naturals. My flight was before the store opened the next day, so I was stuck with those patches instead, and let me say, THEY SUCKED. You can't cut these ones into multiple pieces because it's built like a freaking bandaid (round with a cotton piece in the middle. So Not only did I not have enough for my trip, but even using a whole patch of that wasn't as good as a quarter of a Mary's patch. All in all, would not recommend this place as clearly their budtenders don't know wtf they are doing.

Exclusive has the biggest recreational selection I’ve seen yet and they add to their inventory weekly. In addition to their amazing wide selection, exclusive has weekly specials that change from week to week that vary from 20% off to buy 2 get 1 free and there is something for everyone on special. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns about anything. This is my go-to for all things cannabis in Kalamazoo. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I’ve visited Exclusive several times since they opened for rec sales and it’s honestly my fave because you can’t beat the variety, value and service. They have a plethora of flower, vapes, edibles and topicals, with great specials every week. I love how they send you a text on Mondays to let you know what’s on sale. I have NEVER waited longer than 3-5 minutes when I come here, ever. The budtenders are very sweet and strike up casual conversation. They also make sure you have wraps or whatever you need to enjoy the product. Also, they have $35 8ths ALL THE TIME if you’re in a pinch. You can also buy by the gram, it’s a great place for sampling a few strains you’ve never tried before.

TIP YOUR BUDTENDERS! They deserve it!There is so much to love about this place. The organization of curbside pickup. The easy to use of menu. BUT. The thing that makes this the best is the staff. Josh and Sen remembered me after 1st visit. They were so kind and patient. I will only go back because of these two now. They went beyond good costumer service.

Workers are so friendly and helpful, I love coming to this dispo because you are in and out in 5 minutes or less. I love everything I have bought there and it’s always at a good price!

Fast and friendly service. Online orders filled crazy fast and have never had to wait long for pickup. Appreciate that they always verify vape batteries and such! Onsite ATM is helpful. Love the rewards program and the weekly text with specials.
