My bud tender was really helpful and went above and beyond looking up the terps I needed. I ended up getting a couple of carts. They were a decent price-similar to what I've been paying on the East coast. I wish Leafly would provide the menu. I came here mostly to review what I bought.

Only my 2nd time here but it's my favorite store by far. First time Becky hooked me up and was incredibly helpful.
This second time it was the blonde with the great smile that wished me a happy birthday. Oh yeah, but thanks for starting the loyalty rewards the day After my bday. Come on! Only kidding. Best deals and I wish I would have opened my eyes to this place a while ago.

The black lady with the nose piercings was extremely rude. I got yelled at for looking around the store. Why the hell you got items on display if I can't look at them? First and last time in the store. Extremely disappointed with my treatment from them. You would think people working in a dispensary would be happy but no. I spoke with two people both rude as hell....I created an account just to write a review

Older lady behind the counter complained several times that she needed new glasses to see. She then charged me multiple times for items I did not receive because she could not see.

They were my favorite dispensary until I tried to redeem their promotion of leaving a good review for a .5 gram pre roll. I have been a repeat customer for nearly a year. I left a positive review on not one but 4 different platforms and they still wouldn't honor it unless I went and took a selfie in front of their mural, which was never part of the promotion. some of us have to be discreet for friends or job reasons. They showed me how little they care for their customers by losing one over a pre roll that cost them $5 wholesale. The staff is wonderful, but the management and owners are awful and couldn't care less about retaining customers.

The rewards program is constantly down there's no way more than 6 months and they just say anything to change the subject when asked about it

Don’t hurt the managers feel-wins here or she will ban you. Lots of budtenders have attitudes here. Don’t shop here bc you can’t use loyalty points. Local cannibus around the corner is much better. Even Dr smoke or Kc Kush is better. Voting worst dispensary in September.

This dispo continues to me my FAV in KC. Staff is always so darn nice and helpful ….no egos here: tenders are happy to ask their colleagues if they don’t have an answer to a question…Consistently. Shout out to Miss April who was an absolute Doll last minute for me this eve. And Durban Glue is Perfection✨Thank you good people for your service☮️

the atmosphere here is exactly how a dispensary should be... open, inviting, informative! the people here are always so happy and outspoken! glad to help! the deli style with the huge jars you can actually smell the product are a MUST! I hate places trying to sell you sealed up stuff you don't know if you'll like or not.... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Products is a four star because in the past I have loved my purchases but haven’t tried any new stuff yet. Hannah was my budtender and she was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but she was fun and sweet, making it such a good experience. Many places in town don’t connect with customers or the community and the forest definitely does that. Hannah, you’re a sweetie and so cute! 🖤 Thank you for the tip about Sundays, see you soon!!

I have worked sales and customer service for a long time. I am consistently impressed with the knowledge and customer service skills of Hannah. Every time she greets me, she has a smile on her face and a warm personality that doesn’t judge someone for not knowing about “terpenes”! Everyone at the forest has been exceptional! Thank you all!

It was my first time but it was great. I enjoyed the pearl gummy sale and used my 1st time buyer discount on wedding cake flower 1/8. It was a fabulous Hybrid strain...Exactly what I was looking for.

Tay was very helpful! The staff was amazing.
I was wondering what I should do about 2 different things & greatly taught.
I tried 2 different types of valves than I didn't pick out at the first, The Forest helped me quickly and actually slightly cheaper.

Ordered 1/4 of Northern lights. They gave only 1/8 and half of that was shake. I told the budtender it should be more and he disagreed until I had to hold the receipt up for him to see. Then they didn't have enough for the second 1/8 so gave 1/8 of a less potent and less expensive ice cream cake without adjusting the price. Finally I was denied the first time customer 20% discount. When I asked about it I was told that since two of the gummies were on sale I can't get the discount. The flower was not discounted at all. I was given no incentive to come back.

I do believe in researching your flower before purchasing. I wasn't sure about the Durban Poison being a good substitute for sour diesel. After talking with Hannah and the other woman I was assured it would be an OK switch. This is the 2nd time at this store & you guys killed on knowledge as well as great customer service. I'm the General Manager of restaurant and love being wowed. The vibe is always positive and uplifting. Thanks again for the awesome product as well as customer service. I'll be back.
