Been a long time customer with these guys and quite frankly I am done . . . its turned into a real ghetto dump. They refuse to hire someone to write script so that their site correlates with leafly yet other dispensaries seem to have no issue with this. 90% of the time they update their site with product it is literally at 3pm which conveniently is the time frame that their online ordering goes down for the day. This behavior is repetitive and obviously planned. Most staff are nice but there supervisor Alisha is exaggeratedly poise to the point of condescension when you ask her for anything. And now to finally top it off they are not ordering new products "its been a week" and there is not a shortage considering all the other dispensaries in Arkansas have a plethora of inventory. Time to take a trip to Fayetteville and stop wasting time, money and, energy on this ghetto dump. Now I eagerly await a condescending reply from Alisha to this message as she is the one who responds to these comments. Which it is abundantly clear she is writing them per previous comments I have read on here about this dispensary, definitely her modus operandi.
I absolutely love the customer service !!! Everyone has always taken care of me in anyway possible, if I had a question they always seem to know the answer.
Jordan, Alisha, Heather treat me like I'm sure they treat their mothers with love and respect. Everyone else treats me so good also. When you go to make a purchase from there you are never there longer then 10 minutes, unless you have questions , and they will spend all the time you need to help you out. I believe they are stuck with my business ❤
This is the only dispensary in Sebastian Co. You are treated like a 2nd rate citizen as you stand outside in the rain to get inside. Then they have NO inventory and very overpriced. The “security” men with their black masks give you that 1984 feel...take my advice and go to another county or Oklahoma
All the bud tenders are knowledgeable and can usually recommend the perfect flower for what ever ails you! They are also extremely nice and know me by name, which exhibits just how much customer service means to all of them!! They show that they really care, about all their patients/customers by the way they answer questions thoroughly, without making the patient feel stupid or rushed. I know that sometimes, this takes longer to help that patient but with the new waiting room with plenty of seats (even with having to social distance) which gets us out of the weather for the most part unless they are extremely busy then you can wait in your car until there is room inside. They always go out of their way to be helpful. And let's face it AS HARD AS ARKANSAS OFFICIALS & THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA INITIATIVE-LAW WAS WRITTEN, WHICH MAKES IT COSTLIER, HARDER TO GET, HARDER TO DISTRIBUTE JUST HARDER IN EVERY WAY IN COMPARISON TO JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER STATE THAT HAS MEDICAL MARIJUANA!! SO I THINK THAT ALL THE STAFF AT FFC ARE TERRIFIC!!😜 AFTER ALL WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET YOUR WEED UHH I MEAN MEDICINE.... AND SPIN A POKEMON STOP AND CATCH SOME POKEMON TOO WHILE WAITING!!!
For cannabis CO is a great company. Most everything in the store is priced equally, so whether you're getting. Higher th see Bud or more CBD Bud you're paying the same 45.50 with tax. I've been here since they first opened. I had my license several months prior to an actual dispensary being close. The staff is very friendly. Also very helpful in picking out strains you need for what you need it for. Excellent place of business, 5 stars all around.
Well I use to have nothing but good things to say about these guys but it has steadily went down hill . . . these so called improvements are certainly improvements for people without physical disabilities, however for those suffering from them however it is not. online order hours have been cut in half, and there is no more side door access. There for the people who are physically impaired now have to hope there product is online and that the order actually goes through because if it doesn't and you try to call for assistance in the matter you are simply told the product must not be available even though you are looking at it on you're screen . . . refreshing repeatedly while you are on the line with the employee. then you have to go to a waiting room to be asked for information that they are going to ask you for all over again in the show room . . . at this point if you have actually successfully placed an order online you now have to wait for them to run to the other side of the building instead of the same room or adjoining room . . . all of this is suppose to be an improvement over simply placing an order online then going to a side door and picking it up.
I have nothing but good to say about FCC. Every employee has been helpful and friendly. The new showroom is awesome and quick. I love the recommendations and education I recieve from the employees. Keep up the good work guys!
