Fresh Delaware - Newark

I had the wrong strain put in my bag a couple weeks ago, an eighth of sativa instead of indaca. I had opened it before noticing, in pain and just wanted it to go away. I called, was told to bring it back to be disposed of. I have no issues with making an error, happens to me all the time, but disposing of the product, and having to get a ride back there to trade it, knowing you are disposing of something that would help me an extra day, really turns me off. I hope you find other ways of correcting your errors, like letting the customer keep the mistake.

What a difference this place is from the other dispensaries...Great staff great atmosphere too...NOT a police state like FSCC...Another difference is the availability of the products...Staff are very accommodating also...

In the beginning of August I wrote a review giving them 3/5 stars. Based on variety and lack of quantity, kinda weak.... NOW I’m happy to give 5/5 stars. It’s nice to see the menu switching up with different strains every 48hrs or so it seems the last 2 weeks. Yes the vapes are crazy expensive for a small amount but they are potent, it’s a good start. Keep it!!! Winter will be tough we are counting on you FRESH! Thanks for everything so far!

I see a lot of people leaving bad reviews. I've gone to fresh a couple of times the past few months. Is the supply limited? Yes. In fact sometimes they go dry like every other dispensary in the state. The reality is demand is a lot higher than supply and it's probably not easy/possible to expand their grow volume. (not sure if there are laws around this) As for the quality, I've always gotten > 20% thc and the bud was cured properly. (others have had different experiences apparently) Just about as good as you could ask for. The supply situation in the state is just DE being behind the ball on MM. Every year it will probably get better. They're doing the best they can guys, chill.

I have been waiting and watching for Fresh to take off and supply some decent flower in stock and I am so glad that I kept checking on their menu. I stopped over to sample one of their hybrid strains and was impressed by the quality and potency. My experience ordering online and then driving through to pickup my order was a million times better than going to First State Compassion and waiting in line for sometimes multiple hours to get leftovers on their picked over menu. Staff was friendly and super helpful! Fresh, please keep supplying potent buds (more Indica strains) and I will be your forever customer!

I’d boycotted Fresh for a year or so after being refused a full refund for some particularly bad pre-rolls (so bad that I've still got them). I since found out that this is a DE government requirement not to take returns and regretted not accepting the partial credit I was offered. Anyway, when Covid hit and other dispensaries were sold out I ventured back to Fresh. I’d forgotten just how good their product is and just how delicious Tangcicle and Honey Badger Haze are. I stood in line for over 2-hours at one of the other dispensaries the other day only to be told that they were sold out of everything when there were still twenty people in front of me. Fresh only had CBD at the time or I'd have gone straight there but with Fresh using Leafly to pre-order you always know that what you want will be in stock when you arrive (or if it's not available, that you don't need to bother going) and the curbside pickup is great. Drive thru weed!

Why are you paying 100 bucks for vape cartridges freaking ridiculous but they came out with their own rolling papers put more money and time into your cannabis you charge out the ass for still see no good reviews and the ones that are good are people that have no clue what good weed or deals are lmao have fun Fresh you guys fell off for good from me

ONLY dispensary in DE that offers online ordering- Leafly- Set up was easy to navigate, quick and efficient. The atmosphere is new, exciting, clean and your able to see everything they have, beautiful facility in general, doesnt have a doctors office feel to it and I LOVE the fact that I do not have the feeling of going to the "clinic" or the feeling of standing in a line for hours on end to recieve my medication!!!!!!! What that equates to in dollars is PRICELESS!!!!! I literally parked my car, set up my Leafly account (under 1 minute), ordered my medication, hit send, walked in, scanned my MMP, walked through the door and my order was ready for me. I paid, I walked out the door and back to my car. 5 MINUTES complete time- average order and possibly 3 others already being helped. Dont let me forget to mention that their sales far out weigh any others. Weekly online sales along with in house sales on merchandise.....you wont find it better anywhere else. If you suffer from financial hardships, they have someone you can personally speak to about that, to see if you qualify for additional help with medication purchases. Friendly, helpful, educated and willing to take as much time with you as needed. The staff- there just are not enough words- They work holidays, weekends, they dont close the door 3 minutes early and they get it right 100% of the time. They constantly rotate their merchandise, they carry only the newest and hottest merchandise-their staff is informed on every product they carry. They can and will accomodate you on every level, they are by far...the BEST dispensary in state-

I have been dealing with first state since they first opened and they used to have the strongest strains bare in mind I said they used to. I went there today just to check it out and their best strain which would be probably cheese barely was hitting 21% their new strain Ayahuasca purple that was 19%. And I'll be honest they don't even feel that strong I'm used to smoking trustafarians between 28 and 34% from you guys or Leroy OG which ranges from 23 to 28% from you guys and I swear they don't have anything stronger than either one of them anymore, and even Alien Jack is down to 21% it's sad. and I was a true supporter of their sfv OG Kush cheese and sour diesel but they don't have the sfv anymore and when they do the quality is crap cheese has fallen off and Sour Diesel they got rid of completely.And when I asked why they stopped the sour d they said the plant didn't make them enough bud per plant to make money. so even thou it was helping people they cared more Bout $$$ and their prices are still a little bit higher I don't even understand how they're in business anymore because you guys literally are the best in Delaware you guys are a godsend to us out here in Delaware and I personally thank you so does my service dog nibbles

Fresh is great!

I am a new medical card holder. My anxiety was through the roof both ordering and heading over for pickup. As soon as I got there and talked to some of the staff, I was so much calmer. They are so friendly, welcoming and professional. I tried two different strains, and no I'm not going to nitpick about their small selection, I'm ok with that right now. Both products I chose are AMAZING. Since this was my first time EVER at a dispensary, I'm pleased with the outcome. Will I try other places out of curiosity and to test more variety? Yes, I just might. But I am overall VERY pleased with my Fresh experience!

So many people here to complain about the limited products however considering they were broken into and most product was stolen I think they’ve made a tremendous recovery. This is my children’s favorite dispensary in this state. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Their product (when available) is the best. The thc levels are better then some others we have been to. They do a great job.

I want to thank Jenny for her patience with a stubborn ATM card. Jenny took her time with me to work through the problem and never lost her smile. Choices of flower strains are getting slim and THC levels seem to be lowering over the past year or so, but better than getting a driver to go to Wilmington.
