Would like to start by saying the bud tenders are excellent! That being said whoever regulates the information on the menu is negligent to say the LEAST. I’ve made an online order with the incorrect cartridge weight displayed online and had to cancel when I went to pick it up because it was listed as the flower equivalent not concentrate equivalent. I reached out and they fixed the issues. Over the course of the next 3 visits all of which my orders have been online. I started to notice strains / concentrates in the fridge behind the cashiers on the online order side that were not available online or on the tablet at the cashier. I began to make comments about it not being online or available 3 separate times. Each person assured me they would look into it and have the menu updated. This didn’t happen and I emailed somebody myself about the issue. Seems like nobody checks stock and correctly updates the product descriptions. Wonder how long the wax has been sitting there now and how long it would have remained there? Lastly I have 2000$ in points and majority of the “rewards” they offer aren’t even available to be redeemed! If you guys are gonna charge more than dispensaries 10 minutes away the quality control should be much better.

They list products online incorrectly. Even if you call to confirm your order, and they tell you yes that's what you're getting, then don't count on it. I ordered carts, went to pick them up and they tried to give me $15/g of flower.. the literal picture of what I ordered, which we all agreed on, that it was definitely a cart, then they wouldn't honor what they listed. First and last time I'll ever go there. Extremely disappointed.

I have been to several dispensaries in the area. From the Earth I keep going back. They have a couple of strains that I really like. I can't find anything comparable. Bruce Banner and Ghost Og are the strains I like. I am a medical patient and those are the two that help me. Everyone is different so you have to find a strain that works for you. They are very knowledgeable at From the Earth and help you find the right stuff for you specifically. I would recommend them to my family and friends. They are also very professional and courteous. I got Purple Chem 💜 😍. Josh recommended this strain. I love taste. It's smooth and pleasant that gives you exactly what it promises to deliver. It definitely smells AND tastes purple!!!
