I was confused how to enter for adult use. So I entered through medical side. Was immediately sent back by rude counter worker, didn’t even get a hello. Entered Adult use side and told them it was a confusing entrance. He told me if I would’ve just looked at the signage I would’ve figured it out. As the guy in adult use side kept making smart comments I decided to walk out and take my business elsewhere. I was in a great mood before this, but ive never encountered so much lack of professionalism in an establishment. I wont ever enter a gleaf again. I work in sales and have plenty of patience but this was unacceptable behavior and it wasn’t my first terrible experience with the same person at this location.

Second time using this dispensary. First time I ordered delivery and they showed up unexpectedly. Lucky I had just gotten home. Today I ordered pickup from this web site. I got an email and text saying they received my order. I hadn't heard back for over an hour, so I called. Girl said they had no record of my order. They must be doing a bang up online business. So, I went up the road. Weird place. WTF.....

Budtenders are amiable and knowledgeable.

GLeaf is the only dispensary I’ll shop at. The bud masters are informative, helpful and kind. The assortment of products is amazing and no other dispensaries can match the deals they offer the patients. It’s also great to have the delivery service. Thank you GLeaf

All the budtenders here are super welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly! They remember me every time and offer great suggestions, which is awesome since I'm new to the cannabis world and still learning what works best for me. The building is always very clean, the products are on display in glass cases, and they have deals and sales all the time. They really look out for you, last time I placed a pick up order for flower online, my usual girl I go to had grabbed two of the same thing I ordered but in a different size, which ended up giving me more flower for less.

I like that people there are human. But with that being said the professionalism is low within the night shift. the two times I happen to stop in while working around the dmv the bud tenders where too high to work. I found myself repeating questions like “do y’all have the wana sour gummies in extra strength?” “How much are they” The two gentleman last night really annoyed me with how hard it was for one of them to stand up straight and not on the counter. The other just kept slurring and grabbed the regular wanas instead of extra strength. I was watching him but he kept it behind the cash til until the stickers were on. I don’t agree with the protocol that doesn’t allow me to check my bag on sight but for this reason. But I follow it expecting bud tenders to be extremely transparent. A positive that the first gentleman did that really stood out. The flower recommendation of blueberry x sunset sherbet. Very balanced and good for anxiety and stimulating application, just like he said. I’d say it’s a full body smoke, at 29% less than half a blunt was great for me and I can usually dome

Idk about the 1-3 star reviews....I live in Baltimore but I work in DC/VA. I go way out of my way just to stop at Gleaf dispensary in Rockville. You can't beat their prices and quality. Every here and there I might get the same strain and it doesn't hit like the last time I got it but with $45 1/8s its so worth it. And even if it doesn't hit like it did last time, it's still great quality. I'm all about taste and smoke quality. Gleaf has never left me disappointed. And everyone is so freakin nice from the front desk, to the team members in the back, to the security officers. I always get smiles and laughs! Would absolutely recommend to a friend or foe.

Staff members were great, I had to call twice with questions prior to my pickup. When I arrived, I was unsure at first the process as there was no signage but a Security guard did shortly present himself and collect my ID cart. Opening weekend, 25% gLeaf products, a line was forming as I was being processed in a nice COVID-19 safe approved area. The gentleman helping me was terrific, they all seemed to be working diligently behind the glass. I even scored a gLeaf shirt, and smell proof zip lock for FREE. I can't wait until the Kaviar mocrocks are back (*drools)!!

This is the best dispensary around and I’ve been to most multiple times. Everyone, down to security is friendly and seems genuinely interested in helping find what’s best for you! Dude at station 2 is my hero cause he’ll literally brake everything out and go through terps and profiles and help figure out what ya need but everyone is awesome and helpful!

Huge line on Black Friday, customers waiting to pick up. Staff handle this very well though, and kept the line moving at a steady pace. Very friendly budtenders and good selection.

G Leaf has some strong ass weed. Even over the summer, when most THC levels dropped, they always have something over 30%. So if you shop based on THC, you'll have a field day here. That being said, I do not shop that way. Stronger is not always better. Some of their strains are great (Mai Tai, Blue Cheese) but some are just really strong and do nothing but get you high. If that is your thing, great, but I tend to rely more on Terpenes than TCH %. I have tried a bunch of their black label concentrates and have been unimpressed with all so far. Can't speak to their brand name cartridges or edibles. Overall, good selection and friendly staff.

I have been to a few dispensaries around this area and this one was amazing! I put my order in and got the confirmation they received my order—within 10 minutes I got a call letting me know they have some of the product I was wanting but not all and wanted to know if I wanted anything different, I let them know just give me what you have, but VERY HAPPY THEY CALLED and didn’t do the bait and switch which has happened before at other facilities . Security greeted me with mask and gloves on and pointed me straight through to get my product. The Budtender helping me apologized to me that they didn’t have my full order-I told him not to worry I was just ECSTATIC to get a call before I drove that far, at least I had a choice! Then he placed ALL my product up in the window and labeled them in front of me which I loved!!! Then after being labeled he counted them and showed them to me before going in the bag! What can I say......OFF TO AN AMAZING START! THANK YOU GLEAF ROCKVILLE👍🏻

Very difficult to order from here for some reason!

Coming here for the first time, it was nice to see how organized they were and the precautions they were taking to keep everyone as safe as possible. All of the staff that I dealt with were really friendly and knowledgeable on their product. The whole process was super smooth and look forward to visiting gLeaf again.

I am a disabled pothead, that being said, The prices here about normal for state average you may find prices are lower but you’re also going to find the quality is lower, Of course you complain about the money, time and effort, but when It comes down to it GLeaf is in the top tier of the cannabis industry, And you know what to expect when you go there,And marijuana is legal so stop your bitching

All the staff is very knowledgeable. Their cannabis is of a very good quality as well. Best priced eighths for the bud quality in the area by far! They also sell ounces and quarters frequently!
