Excellent buying experience with Stephan S. Although it was extremely busy, I never felt rushed to complete my transaction. Very professional,personable and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and the selection of products is good. 5 Stars All Around.

Four times in a row a placed an order and then when I got there ( 1 hr. drive one way) they could not find something and would not even give me anything comparable at the same price. Kinda left a sour taste as you could expect, so I didn't go there for awhile. I noticed they had just got some stuff in that I had be looking for and nobody else had so for the first time I used their delivery service. I live on the Eastern Shore almost to Delaware and I sure was not going to drive there on a Friday with all the beach traffic, I placed my order on Thursday got confirmation and put the delivery app on phone, great updates on your order, driver calls at 2:30 said he could be here 15 mins. earlier than my scheduled earliest time and wanted to know if that was OK, it was not an issue. So right on time the most professional person delivers my order, to bad the store doesn't have this persons attitude working in it but I do understand in these days of super low unemployment help is hard to find. He saved them, I will be ordering more thru delivery in the future, not driving to the store.

I really enjoy when I get Stephen D. as my bud tender. this gentleman always goes out of his way to help me . Not only helping me stay within my budget ,but finding the best options to get the most bang for my buck. I always leave with a smile. love gold leaf have yet to have A bad experience!

I get home and the bags of Betty’s Eddies I just bought only got the 20% "normal" sale discount, not my 22% veteran’s discount. I understand that customers can’t stack discounts, but the RIGHT thing for GoldLeaf to do would be to give the highest discount I am entitled to, or at least warn me that I wasn’t getting my normal 22%.

My budtender, Claude J., was friendly and approachable, a much needed virtue in this business. Prices were extremely reasonable which is why I chose this spot.

Today again, another fantastic experience at Gold Leaf. Tim and Floor Manager Ricky were unparalleled in kindness and service. Every time I visit, I have the utmost impressive service and hospitality from ALL of the staff. Always a large selection, never disappointed and treated like a human. Tim greets me every time I come in by my name. From the guys on the accessories side, ro the order fillers and the beautiful greetings, this place is exceptional. I have a few choices to visit within my home, and I still choose Gold Leaf, sometimes twice a week because of the phenomenal deals they have every single day(reminded text every morning by 830am). Thank you, Gold Leaf, and especially Tim, Thank you all!

Great pricing and staff! Austin Fitzsimmons is phenomenal! His customer service, his recommendations, all on point! As I was leaving I was helped by Nolan, and he too hit customer service out of the park. After my interactions with Austin, Nolan and the rest of the staff, including Cole who was awesome to speak with, I will only go to Gold Leaf

This was my first time visit to GoldLeaf, and was very impressed. Very upscale atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and professional, and they made me feel like a guest. I also felt very safe while being there. The personal service is outstanding. My advisor, Dakota, was very informative and helpful in determining which products would be the best match for what I was looking for. As for the products, so far I tried the Rainbow Xbites, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Very smooth and not too intense. Lasted for hours. No after effects.
