I seem to have the same problem a lot. I preorder in the AM but when I get there - it’s either not in stock or more often - the THC level is way off. That’s a huge inconvenience - both to me and the budtender.

Gold Leaf just provided me with astonishing customer service. Because I have severe OCD, they went above and beyond during my curbside pickup and completed the transaction without coming into close contact with me. Adriana treated me with kindness and compassion. I offered increased gratuity for the extra service when I placed the order and they didn’t even take it. They simply helped me out of kindness. The dispensaries that are closer to my home would not accommodate me and spoke to me as if I was crazy. I will make the extra trip to go to Gild Leaf for my medication in the future. This is a very convenient location to get to. The treatment you get is Top Quality from the time you walk in the door and out the door. I have to give a shout out to Girl Devin, who works there because she is very good at what she does and she makes sure that you have a great experience at Gold Leaf! You Tock Devin!!!

when you order something on the menu its either the wrong THC% or they are out of it . Or they will try to get to buy some bullshit one of worst dispensaries in Marland

I frequently visit this dispensary weekly and they are by far my favorite I’ve ever been to! All of the budtenders are extremely kind and knowledgeable, my favorites are Devan, paul, Alex, Maggie, John, Nate, Parker and James. Because of them and the unbeatable atmosphere I will continue being a frequent customer. Thank you gold leaf team!

I know one of the owners might not get cool points for employing illegal immigrants to work at his private residence when he ran a car wash previously in Annapolis, BUT, obviously they have the business model right, Patients > Profiting. I say this with conviction because of the simple fact they are consistently matching everywhere else in price or beating their price, straight up. So that speaks volumes compared to dispensaries that get started “wholesomely” just to turn around and sell a non premium flower for a premium ($50-$60 an 8th oz) prices. They usually always do a really good job with matching quality with price, and they try the best they can to keep the specials and all that updated. Very tired of hearing people complain about the select 25$ eights. It’s 25$, be glad you’re not getting light dep. horrible, mid grade anymore and getting clean cannabis. Hopefully they will be leaders in competitive pricing as Maryland will get cheaper in prices as more competitive hopefully happens. Recreational in April!!!!

I love Gold Leaf. Everyone is so friendly, at first the atmosphere can be a little intimidating (fancy fancy) but that is quickly diminished by the hospitality and kindness from the staff. From the doorman to front desk to budtenders, everyone is kind and helpful. One employee who stood out to however was Rachel, really enjoyed our conversation and she was most helpful. This is my go to dispensary. - All of their products are super high quality and they always have an impressive and diverse menu. If you have a change to visit - you should!

Always on spot!! Best place around. The girls are so nice up front always greet you with a smile. Cam is my favorite budtender, helpful and caring. Hard to go anywhere else.

The customer service here always exceeds my expectations! I had purchased a cartridge recently and when I got home I noticed it seemed severely under filled. Brought it in and spoke to the manager Paul, instead of just giving me a small store credit they allowed me to get a replacement one of the same type. Was super thankful for allowing the swap and making the transaction smooth. Thanks gold leaf!

My visit went well. All the staff were professional and accommodating. The gentleman on door duty, could have been more pleasant, but, other than that an good experience all around.

I always come here for the flower specials and I'm never disappointed. Curbside is great, quick, and easy. I dont even have to leave my car to get my medicine which is very convenient. John, jacob, Taylor, Brandon, and Maggie have taken my orders recently. They also are great about giving you a call when they're out of something for your order, Parker has helped me pick out replacements.
