GOLDLEAF- Annapolis

Today as always the service and products are top notch, but since December they were burning heavily scented candles in both the front and back of house. I like Yankee as well, they have a great product However I spend a lot of money for my medicine and that's what I expect to smell when entering a dispensary. It took a few suggestions and calls but today was so much better. So thanks for listening.

Placed my order online and i get a call while I’m on the road saying NONE of the order is available (27% thc) and the Representative offers me random flower that’s under 13% thc instead....great service guys. Thanks

Place is clean, has an upscale boutique kind of feel, great prices and daily deals, staff is super friendly and polite I’ve had Tavis, Cameron, Abbie and Owen as bud tenders and they were all very informative and personable. all around a great experience

I’ve been here several times, and always bad experience! Only used as last resort. First time there forget my change, next time can’t get my name right after going 20mins of correcting it for you to immediately call me the wrong name again, menu NEVER right (Leafly, Weedmaps, or Gold Leaf “yes their own menu on their website”), descriptions wrong of what items are, look at you like your speaking an unknown language if you ask for terp counts/specifics of a strain (hope you are aware you have to provide these upon request per MMCC and that is the whole reason of lab testing for safety), DON’T even know how your own programs work (I.e rewards), had to ask for a manager to finally be treated like a patient (this took 3 visits and review directing me to ask for a manager to be treated as a patient), make recommendations based off sales instead of consulting the consumer (it’s onsale so that is what they want, try asking you get further), and the list goes on! Basically I would recommend knowing what you want and pray they didn’t misrepresent it on the menu/availability and you may have a good experience. With that being said I would still be 1000% going all in that your experience will still be bad somehow!

Very nice! I was really impressed with this new dispensary. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

It was my 1st time at this dispensary n not only was there a doorman like an elegant hotel entrance but I was helped by the best staff u could ask for. Chet Dowell is very knowledgeable and friendly n within minutes answered any question I had n found the products I needed. Will return! Very good products!

Staff was professional, I had a little issue with paperwork not on my end but theirs. They were super apologetic when I wasn't really worried about it. Lounge has all glass, vape pens, and CBD. You are taken to the back to purchase of you have a card. By far my FAVORITE place, I drive 30 minutes extra just to stop here.

This place never disappoints!!! From the management team to the customer service of the front desk everyone is very friendly!! They have a huge selection of all types of THC and CBD products. I highly recommend stopping by.
