This is my Go To Spot!NOT!!!!!!!!!NOT ANYMORE!Went to pick up my online order that was said to be ready for pick up and of course it wasn't.So after waiting again for them to fill it I got passed off to a teller that was lost.Enough Time Wasted!Spend my Money elsewhere.So much for customer service.

Just visited and service was great even though it was a busy time. Prices & selection both good. Tone is casual, which I prefer to the more sterile places. Only complaint is they don’t stock any accessories, even lighters? But there are multiple head shops just down the street so it’s no big deal. Anticipate this becoming my regular place.

Just got a $100 oz...Lucky Devil's XJ-13 (hybrid)..Surprisingly effective for my need to maintain creativity and still be pretty chill and 'buzzed'. Nice nugs, various sizes, with lots of keef too. A hundred bucks!! Get on over there for yours!

Had to leave a review thanking you for still being able to sell during a blackout. Everyone else shut down but you guys were there for us, and tenders stayed chill. Well done guys. It helped too that the stuff I got was fantastic.

A stressful place with poor service. They should update their menus daily. Currently been a whole month sense they last updated. As you can expect they are often out of stock of things you may have wanted. Irritating for people, especially those coming a considerable distance. The online ordering is a joke, often out of stock, wont bother to fill your order or hold it for you. Theirs no waiting line once inside but you are fighting everyone in the crowed to be served.

Straight trash. For me, it’s the customer service. That’s something you can’t “train” on. Either you have it, or you don’t... & ya’ll don’t. You let the good ones go. I can’t stand when people act “too good” for their job when it’s the people (customers) that make sure you have a check every 2 weeks. Up-selling just to make sell goals, it’s ridiculous.. I’ve observed you guys from the beginning & you guys had it I’ll give you that but, now too cocky I’ll gladly put my money across the street ✌🏼

Staff is unattentive and rude.. But I think thats only because Im a female? I literally waited for 5 mins while two "budtenders" (sad excuses) flirted with a male customer.... Several others were having their own conversations... I finally demanded service. There were like 5-6 employees and only two other customers aside from myself lol smh Such unprofessional ditzy staff! Small, overcrowded space. Yuck times a thousand!!!

Great place! Awesome deals and great products. I absolutely love this place! My new favorite store. Jonathan there is a master budtender and can handle any questions you throw at him, great guy! All together a great store. Its surely takes the top of the list.

Green Collar Cannabis is my first choice whenever I need to restock my supplies. They are always helpful, the prices are great and they are open late.

I just came from there. The staff are ready and waiting to serve you. My budtender met my requirements as to harvest date, THC content, and price. I left there a happy customer.

This is my #1 store I go to and it feels like home. The staff are always friendly, helpful and so cheerful you forget the stresses of the day. I am always greeted my many smiles from the staff, to someone like me that has issues with shopping/public, this is the 1 place I don't stress about💯🙃😆

I just want it to be known this is my shop. I'm not too worried about the drive I make from Olympia to come here. They have fire concentrates for affordable prices. When I go to shops I research what I want. However these budtenders are smart and don't just ask you the dumbass question. Indica or Sativa? They help you and get you what you need even if you think your mind is made up. The only thing is it gets too packed inside and it's hard to move around and see all the product very well... however they are more than happy to wait on you and give you top notch customer service! I love this place and it's about that time I roll up and grab myself 7 grams! Lol cheers guys!

Used to be good now turning to crap not sure What happened DON'T order online you will get Fucked over this has been the 2nd time I have been over charged for shit I didn't even order. Wrong shit wrong price and wasn't told till after I bought It so there was no way to return.

Pretty pissed. Bud tender was helpful and hot. But I was very clear that I wanted a hybrid strain. What she suggested and what I ended up buying I have since determined is a sativa. Not at all happy.

Used to go here all the time till they got new owner, new people all the time.. The place just went to complete shit.. how do you treat a “loyal” customer that clearly spends hundreds & act like people like me don’t make you guys.. time will tell & show you green collar ain’t shit.
