Lock your car and don’t leave it running or it may not be there when you come back out in 5 minutes! They post signs all over the front of the building. Be warned everyone! Thank you for good medicine without making me bleed$!

Ordered online and when I got there I was told they didn't have it in stock. Not a big deal. Staff was nice and I was in there less than 5 mins.

My order’s been canceled a couple of days in a row without explanation.

Got ripped off. They pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH! My first time there. He wouldn't let me see the bag that I bought. On the menu the flower was supposed to be Hybrid 33%. When I got it home, it was Sativa 26% and a year old! No taste. Not much effect. Prices are low because they are getting rid of old weed from other dispensaries.

Ordered an item online and received a confirmation and order number. When I called, they state that they never received it. Picked up item but it appears to be stale as it gives me a headache. They would not take any returns so I will not return.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up they had none of the things in stock apparently and gave me an attitude about trying to look up something else to order. First and last time going there. I just ordered from Botera in the parking lot and went there.

The vibes of the place isnt great but the deals and workers are amazing

I assume they are all just broke and upset so they treat the costumers rude every time I go they are always negative and rude I appreciate the flower but that is the last time I will be giving my business thanks

placed a order order was confirmed went down to be told the item and everything in its range was out of stock but I can buy a much more expensive item....bait and switch.. talked to a male manager who did not give a shit and laughed

I always go to green heart dispensary they have such a wide variety you cannot beat their low prices especially at a time where money is tight for everybody but they need their medication I think it's great the deals that they're doing $20 eighths the ground Mimosa seven grams $25 that was great they give me free pipes and chillums and lighters when I go in they have candies and snacks and sodas this place is a dream the staff is absolutely amazing and they are so knowledgeable when it comes to the Cannabis industry and the different types of products that they have available for you to buy I highly recommend that you check out green heart dispensary and you make it the only dispensary that you go to you will not be disappointed also I'd like to add it is a very fast process when you go to green heart you're in and out no long waits which is also great other dispensaries you can have a long wait and be in there for a while and it can get aggravating but at green heart you're in and out and they always have a smile on your face thank you guys for all that you have done for me smoke weed everyday!

Manager told me they had issues with the online ordering for awhile now and I ask her why hasn’t they fixed the issue already and she looked at me dumbfounded wasting my time and energy do yourself a favor go to legal greens

I have been to many dispensaries. This one outranks the rest by far!!!! Every single time I go there they are super speedy, always super friendly, the prices are in point and if they are out of stock they inform you. I have terrible anxiety and only go once a month. I drive 45 min to get to this dispensary and pass several on the way. However, I do it because they get me through so fast and never make me feel stupid or holding up the lines chatting. Thank you for being the best!

For some reason what I order online is either not actually in stock or given to me at a lower potency. If you decide to try them make sure you get what you ordered. I rarely use this business due to this issue.

I visited on 8/22 in the early evening, dinner time. It was my 1st visit here. I should have relied on my gut intuition, not to have gone inside. (Parking lot was a bit sketchy) Once inside I was greeted warmly by the security and was welcomed as it was my 1st visit. I proceed past security and entered the store. Again I was greeted warmly. although during my decision making time and ordering time a fight broke out in the store. I was facing the displays and a commotion was coming from behind me, all I heard was nigga this nigga that coming from a black man addressing another black man followed by a toss down over some stand-up displays that were sent crashing to the ground. Then one of men jumps the display cases and goes after the security guard who let me in. Once the staff separates that scuffle the man who jumped the display goes to another part of the store and tries to jump another display case and attack another person. At this point I'm trying to get out of there as fast as possible but had to wait for the bud tender to finalize my purchase. They finally get the instigator out of the store and I leave seconds after he is removed. sorry for the long review, but this has to be my worst experience with a store of this nature. If you can get past the lack of safety, the prices are low, but I'm pretty sure I won't be back here again.

I have 3 dispensaries 5 minutes from my house. Green Heart is a 45 minute ride for me. With there prices so low I have no choice other than take the ride. Just tell’s how much much all these other places are price gouging. Green Heart prices are close to 50 % lower than all others. Fast and friendly. If the ran out of what your looking the will hook you up with something comparable. Try a visit. Will not be disappointed.
