Higher Leaf Bellevue - Factoria

Pricey but it is a recreational shop in Bellevue so I would expect it to be. Seemed to have a good selection which I would assume will get better over time. Probably the kind of place I'd shop if I was in a pinch with my other sources.

Nice shop, but the prices are outrageous. The selection is comparible to other shops, so I make the bit of a drive to Bothell to get the same product for half the price.

Great Service and convenient location will guarantee my return to Green Theory. Andrea was especially helpful and patient as I explored options. Great shop. Thanks guys.

I love this store. Out of the ones I've been to in the Seattle area, it's the nicest, most comfortable, largest selection, and most knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend this place enough.

do not come here. take the trek to renton, i go all the way to everett. these guys have some brands here that i have found in renton and everett. in Everett its $8.50 a gram, rentons is $10, green theory is a ridiculous $25-$40 per gram. ull save money even if u drive to everett. ridiculous. why is it like this? black market/everett/renton here we come. so stupid.

Good product friendly employees, Michelle is very knowledgeable about the various products and is very friendly. Should get a raise 10/10

I'm not sure what happened to my earlier review, so I will try again. I have been here several times wanting to like it because it's close and convenient. However, I simply cannot swallow this shop's pricing. It's $35 to $40 a gram for their cheapest stuff. One time, they were offering their most expensive stuff for a discount, which brought it down to around $30 (still 4 times what I'm used to paying). The stuff got the job done, but it was so dry that it turned to dust at the touch. Go check it out and you will see; it's like going to Barney's with the same attitude, pomp and arrogance. C'mon guys, you are dealing weed. It's not rocket science. The obscenely expensive, sterile fixtures just drive the point home of superficiality and utter lack of personality. For the record, your greeters give me the willies too.

got my cookies and cream here. they also carry monkey grass farms products - i like that grower and quality.

Evan most extremely knowledgeable and helped us right away. Great location, ideal prices and welcoming staff.

The largest selection of flower, edibles and concentrates in WA recreational market! They price-match and their associates know their weed. The absolute best store in the state.

Easy to get to, very pleasant atmosphere, customer service - a young woman named Andrea- was very helpful.

Meh, oil selection was just ok. Defs not worth the money.

Green Theory has a classy, boutique feel which makes the shopping experience fun. The staff is unusually helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when they don't have my favorite strains in stock, I know I'll leave with something I'll enjoy.

The quality of the flower was great, but WAY too expensive. Almost $40 for a gram. Additionally, while the greeter was great, the person helping us was not well versed on the specifics of the product. I felt like I was educating him.

Just came in for the first time! Bought some blue suede shoes wax and a Sasquatch Dab Bubbler which is awesome! Jason helped me out and the store and service are awesome!! Definitely coming back.

The staff is personable and knowledgeable. I like the variety of products. Just wish the oils came in bigger volumes

This place was great! Mara was super knowledgable about the strains and very friendly! I'll definitely be coming back :)

pretty cool place. first time I've ever bought medication legally. super Bellevue feel. very nice and clean, one on one service. about twice the price of other stores I've visited but hey its Bellevue right ? and the quality is great. if I was rich this would be my goto spot.

Great selection of oils, edibles and flower. Always good with their pricing and adjusting it due to competition which is always good.

A nice shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices can be a little high for the retail market but that's expected with the Bellevue area. Good variety of different types of products.

Clean, welcoming, well run shop. Reasonable prices (for recreational). knowledgeable staff. parking can be a challenge. Very short wait.

my go to shop! Wonderful staff, selections, and customer service!

The Tiffany's of retail marijuana retailers. A complete class act. Beautiful store. Outstanding selection. Knowledgeable and caring employees.

Clean easy to find location. Friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable without being intimidating or condescending. I would definitely go back.
