Higher Leaf Bellevue - Factoria

Very easy to get to and find. Just off Bellevue Way on Main St. Old Bellevue is really close and fun to walk around. Lots of chocolate and yummy cafes nearby. The staff, starting with Patrick at the front door, are professional and friendly. Every time I stop by, Patrick makes me feel both safe, and welcomed. Evan A was amazing, friendly and helpful and tailored a treat to the night I had planned. I wanted to be silly and watch Sharknado 3 and he recommended a very tasty chocolate chip cookie which was the perfect choice! I ended up having a really fun night! I WILL be back, hopefully, BEFORE Sharknado 4 comes out!

I have always been a fan of this place. Beautiful interior and easy Eastside access. These guys also price-match any other rec store!! I put them to the test with some Refine oil I found cheaper elsewhere and they hooked me up!! Try that Critical Purple Kush, some of the loudest, terpy, delicious oil I have ever had and over 90% THC!

This location is on point. Best staff, good prices, they always have deals and the store looks amazing. I will not shop anywhere else. They guys are super cool too. I have been to all the Bellevue stores and this one is the best for sure.

I love going here! The staff is always friendly and knows how to make you feel welcomed. The last time I was there David helped me out and gave me a lot of great information about some of the strains.

By far my favorite place to shop. Right next to work so I can pop in for just what I need when I need it. Or stock up when I know I won't be in for a while. Great guys, friendly place!

I love this location..went in again for some SPR joints. Green theory has the best deal on the best strains. Evan helped me pick out an indica that worked really well. Thanks again guys!

Disappointed to say the least. .Purchased a vaporizer that would not charge. Store deferred me to manufacturer, who requested a video of the product NOT working for which, if I am lucky enough to get a replacement, will take 2-4 weeks from WA state to WA state. Nice Christmas policy, eh? Also, the staff doesn't get commission. Know how I know this? Because the short time I spent in there I had to hear about it. Hey, guys - if you don't like your pay structure, please tell your boss, not the customer - we have our own problems. And smile to people over 30, please?

This place is great! Excellent location just off the main drag of downtown Bellevue. Plenty of parking (but it's out back). Friendly, knowledgeable staff take the time to help you find something to meet your needs.

Bellevue is Beautiful. Old fashioned in the future. Green Theory fits in perfect. I work a block away and go after work and before I know it, I'm home getting High. Thank you G T.

Stopped in today on my way through Bellview. so far the best iv been to. staff is super helpful, nice selection on flower. I'll be back for sure.

I would rank Green Theory as one of if not the best shop in greater Seattle. They carry great quality of products and provide a great service. Ryan D was a great help the last time I was there.

I love the bud tenders at GT, knowledgeable and friendly. The bud is always fresh and they are one of the only shows in town smart enough (or fortunate enough) to deal with Gabriel! Gabriel's Chocolope is fire!

Great team working at this place, especially that Daniel W.! Care is given to the store experience, which has makes for a pleasant visit; and the buds are quality. Highly recommended!

I have been to almost every pot shop that has opened in the greater area, as the industry continues to develop, since it became legal. I went to Green Theory when it first opened and and to this day it is still my favorite go-to pot shop around. The staff is great, the selections continue to increase and grow in quality. Prices are competitive as they are constantly having great deals which allow the bargain smoker to still enjoy higher quality products. This shop definitely exceeds standards and continues to be innovative, well thought out and executed within the community. So that even your average casual smoker can learn and enjoy this new and wonderful lifestyle that is now legal. If you are looking for something great at a fair price, definitely visit you will be glad.

Poor selection. Really high price.

Top notch location. Friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff.

First time here and Dan was super helpful! I'll definitely be coming back when I'm on the east side.

First rec shop I went to and still my favorite. Place is clean, well organized, and they have a good selection. Daniel and Evan are great (as is everyone) and I will def keep shopping there.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place. Professional staff and very knowledgeable of the products. If you are a beginner or a expert. This place is worth it!

Green Theory is awesome! The price you see is the price you pay. The staff is friendly and helpful and the number of strains available is great. I will continue to shop here.

really liked the first and third bud tenders when I visited, but didn't click with tender number two. Had a bad attitude and wouldn't get into answering open ended questions.

Highly satisfied customer. Great product. Friendly staff. Chill atmosphere. Decent prices. Plus discounts for b-days, membership, & writing reviews, so yeah, I'll definetly be coming back.

Clean, friendly-professional and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable though some items are bit higher. The location, store environment, selection and staff more than make up for the price differential.

Alex gives great suggestions and is super helpful!
