I love this location. As a NW native, I love good customer service (thanks Nordstroms) I love this store, and I love shopping with Andrea. I connected with her several months ago and it has been a pleasure. She understands what my needs are and make outstanding recommendations. Five stars to Andrea

I stop in probably once a week. Came through for the Black Friday deals and got hooked up! I really like the rewards program and the fact they take debit cards. Ari was very helpful!

I revisited after a year out of town. Joel educated me on all the new products and helped me pick an item for my birthday discount. Still love Green Theory.

Dispensary response:

Glad to hear Halkilt! Joel is definitely one of our best budtenders. Hope to see you again soon!

Grrr.. if you are going to send people to your website for the most up-to-date menu, make sure it is actually up-to-date! Made the trip to Green Theory instead of my normal spot because they had a 6 pack of goodship cookies for a few bucks cheaper. Arrived to find out they didn't have the flavor that was on the menu, and it was actually higher priced than my normal place! Incredibly annoying, don't trust the menu.

Dispensary response:

Dear ChronBurgundy, Thank you for voicing your frustrations. We strive to keep our menu up to date, but our inventory is constantly changing. In the future I suggest you call the store in order to verify that the product you’re seeking is in stock. We also offer price matching which guarantees that you won’t pay more for our product than you would at any other recreational location. Thanks, Bill Operations Manager, Green-Theory

While this shop does (most of the time) have nice quality flowers, the prices (even when discounted) are still higher than other places! The shop itself is larger compared to other places, but due to that not as intimate. There are other stores on the east side such as (Issaquah Cannabis Co.) that have a MUCH larger strain selection of top-shelf product at a warranted price!
