Greenlight Branson

I've been to all the dispensaries in Taney County and this is the only one I will never return to, there is no deal good enough to make me. Tonight, I went out of my way to get off work to rush over to this dispensary in particular, passing up Stairway, High Profile & Flora Farms. I was excited, haven't gone to this dispensary yet. They close at 8. I have time, I'll make it around 7:45. I got there at 7:49, walked up to the door at 7:50. It's locked, no reason on the door for closing early, no reason online. So I call. They ignore the call despite me looking right in the door, seeing a bunch of people. They just decided to let it go to voicemail. Well, as 3 other people approach the door while I'm in my car, some guy comes out & makes up a BS story about how they're closed because Branson closes them "down hard" at 8.... but it's not even 8 pm yet. Never had this happen at any other dispensary, ALL the other dispensaries keep their doors open until close time, not 10 before. This was my first time here and I didn't even get into the door. Never coming back, will never recommend anyone go here either. I will make a point to dissuade them from doing so. I'm a local, this was a crap experience & I won't be coming back. I could have gone to High Profile or Stairway, but missed my opportunity to because I went here instead. What a poo experience, and I was excited too. Not anymore.

I was at greenlight in Branson the other day, since they let medical and online orders go first, you may have a long wait, with no chairs to sit, I waited standing for around 20 minutes. When I get home I'm not happy with the flower, I got 4 different strains and they were all very dry, and burn up fast, and it's the lowest quality weed , I've ever smoked in my life, the bud was better before legalization and that's sad, cause they are sucking the life out of us on the taxes too 🤯

My budtender Trent was really knowledgeable about the flower he recommended to me, I really enjoyed his enthusiasm and he made it an overall great experience!

This will be my first one star google review that I have had to share. This was my first time in this dispensary. Upon reaching the register I told the cashier, Josh, from the start, “I want two 1 gram rove cartridges”. He turned around and grabbed two .5 gram carts. I told him I wanted two full grams. He claimed “we don’t have any full grams” I said okay. Meanwhile while I’m browsing products, I hear an employee say, the one gram carts are right here. I look at Josh and he then goes back there and picks up a one gram cart. He comes out and I say “so you did have them all along?” “I guess so.” Was his answer. But here’s the good part. When I told him I wanted two full grams.. not 1 full gram and 2 half grams he said nah I’ll just give you my discount and it will end up being about the same price for the same amount of weed. UMMM? I then asked can I please get two full grams due to the price difference. He then started giving me a hard time because I was asking he give me the product I asked for from the start. Luckily, the manager overheard this and stepped in to help me out. She was nice and did apologize for how he was acting. The price difference ended up being $27! This was my first one start review but it was well deserved. I have never had something like this happen in a dispensary. This guy was probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered. *Three weeks ago another customer left a very similar review!*
