From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. The “budtender” was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about literally every product I asked about. I’m pretty much a newbie to the modern cannabis industry, and I walked out having a much better grip on what is available to medical patients in Missouri. The prices were quite reasonable considering that things are still kind of new in the state, and from what I’ve read, it takes at least a couple of years for the market to find the right balance of supply/demand, which ultimately brings the prices down considerably. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone seeking a great atmosphere with very friendly service. Well done Greenlight!!! Well done!!

TOURIST PRICES. Prices are way too high for the low quality. Prerolls I bought were awful. Can’t even smell the weed. RIPOFF Do not recommend

This will be my first one star google review that I have had to share. This was my first time in this dispensary. Upon reaching the register I told the cashier, Josh, from the start, “I want two 1 gram rove cartridges”. He turned around and grabbed two .5 gram carts. I told him I wanted two full grams. He claimed “we don’t have any full grams” I said okay. Meanwhile while I’m browsing products, I hear an employee say, the one gram carts are right here. I look at Josh and he then goes back there and picks up a one gram cart. He comes out and I say “so you did have them all along?” “I guess so.” Was his answer. But here’s the good part. When I told him I wanted two full grams.. not 1 full gram and 2 half grams he said nah I’ll just give you my discount and it will end up being about the same price for the same amount of weed. UMMM? I then asked can I please get two full grams due to the price difference. He then started giving me a hard time because I was asking he give me the product I asked for from the start. Luckily, the manager overheard this and stepped in to help me out. She was nice and did apologize for how he was acting. The price difference ended up being $27! This was my first one start review but it was well deserved. I have never had something like this happen in a dispensary. This guy was probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered. *Three weeks ago another customer left a very similar review!*

Have on 3 occasions bought weed labeled incorrectly, bought White 99 labeled as a sativa today, i highly prefer sativas for my medical issues as they seem to work the best for me, thought something was up after looking at the buds and smoking some, well as suspected its not a sativa, ive looked up the strain through multiple sources and its labeled everywhere as a hybrid and or hybrid indica dominant. Im not saying that there quality is bad or that their store is bad but for god sakes know what kind of cannabis you have before making the label For some people it matters.

This team is amazing. I've riddled them with questions and came home to study exactly what they told me. I am on my way to the answers I've been looking for. Visit anytime you're near!

My budtender Trent was really knowledgeable about the flower he recommended to me, I really enjoyed his enthusiasm and he made it an overall great experience!

Demmit 🫣 I'm horrible with names (sorry), but my receipt says "Budtender No. 43147/Register 2" 😬 And - SHE was great! She answered all our questions, offered options, and alternatives with grace and zero flinch. In regards to the storefront; the location is clean inside and out, the man at the entrance desk was friendly, but thorough, my party of 3 wasn't rushed in any way, and we ultimately walked away happy and more knowledgeable than when we entered. 5☆

I moved back to the state for legal flower. As I read the reviews I have one request to all that are dissatisfied. Move states. There are states where (street weed) is what one buys illegally. At Greenlight whatever one purchases is clean. I buy flower. From the seed to me it is regulated. I moved here for a safe high. But then again I came from a state where one buys what's on the street. Thanks to Greenlight I have the pleasure of a safe high. I am thankful.

The staff is super friendly and will give you some great advice on strains to get if you need the help. Nice variety of products as well. Only shop in town so they currently have the best prices.

Recreational came out 3 days early tho they told med card users it would be the 6th. So to my surprise the line out the door with no communication to current Med holders. False advertising 0.01 Cowboy Gummies w/ purchase (No Limit) is a lie. They only allow 1 per transaction when nothing on the special text/email tell you anything that. Just says no limit. Also has Monopoly in Branson. No other dispensary in town. Have to go to Ozark or Branson West area (which have multiple dispensaries) that’s why prices are not competitive.

I have been going here since the first day they opened. Since recreational has happened the service and stock has been horrible. I'm a medical patient and need to rely on getting stuff for my health conditions. They never have stock and when you go to the store the budtenders are totally clueless. At this rate it will only be a matter of time before this place will close due to bad service and NO product. I don't want to do this, but I guess I will have to make trips to Branson West dispensary. This is a shame! Been going here since Opening Day of medical and now this place really has gone to hell. You used to be able to order online at night, now when the store closes, so does the online ordering. Horrible and sad.
