What happened to my favorite dispensary location? Both eighths of Queso Perro purchased this morning were under weight and appeared to be littles ($50x2 for littles? common...). I have been a loyal patient at this location for over a year and LOVED it. Out of the half dozen people working today, I recognized 1 face from the pre-covid pandemic, didn't even get a head nod from them. Very cold shoulder atmosphere now. I don't think the people are as friendly, I'm getting shorted on flower. Not a good look. I've been tipping like crazy through this pandemic (up to $100 a trip) to help those that helped me for the past year...I know it was scary as hell to work during it and to see that money going to sub-par service is disappointing. I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this location. Time to start looking into patient retention possibly? I care about a smile, building long term business relationships and want the person behind the counter to care even a little about what kind of medication I need when I visit and why. Sam G
