Growhealthy Pensacola is one of only two dispensaries I will shop at. They're the ONLY place I got my cartridges from. They are the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot) and truly help me in so many ways. Mike is absolutely phenomenal. I buy about 3 cartridges (amoung other things) a week and have never had an issue. I finally got a cartridge that was defective and would not fire/work (it happens sometimes, unfortunately). Immediately my anxiety went crazy, my heart started racing and I was panicked on what to do. That's a lot of money to just lose. I walked into Growhealthy and Mike Immediately started taking care of me. He spoke to his manager about company procedures and started taking care of me without ANY hassle at all. I was literally in tears and on edge when I arrived, so I know I was not necessarily the most pleasant to deal with right off the bat, and for that I really apologize. I would like to thank Mike for quickly calming my fears and anxieties and getting me a new cartridge. I deal with Mike on most visits and he is always pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Ill be a customer for life. Thank you, Mike and Growhealthy.

The flower is superb, outpacing Med Men (a very red store) and VidaCann. The GrowHealthy website is a big plus -- good at everything. The place itself was like Med Men in that it takes a very southern approach to covid-19, which borders on denial. The CDC continues to track covid-19 all throughout the south and it trails the entire country in full vaccinations. Only two of the staff wore masks and no customers except me wore a mask. Nevertheless the staff was competent and welcoming. Because of the flower I'll be back or try delivery again.

I'm not new to Grow Healthy by no means, they have awesome flower. I choose GH over Trulieve, LH, MedMen daily. I am new to Leafly, and was told they have the most current menu and to always check here when the GH website doesn't have much to offer. Like today, GH only showed two strains of flower for pickup, when they had about 12 on Leafly.

I just want to start by saying I am very thankful for you guys and what you do for veterans. It is a blessing to be able to go from 14 pills a day at 26 years old to 1 medication a day because of the affordable option for veterans. So for that, I thank you. I also want to thank Sierra(hope I remembered the spelling correctly) was absolutely amazing and very informative on the product for you guys, also the current specials. Will be my only store from here on out. I want to help in anyway I can with the Pensacola store, I want nothing in return. Just want to reach out to other veterans and promote the opportunity you guys give.

Went here today was clean and Tyler did great with letting me know what was good for certain pains . Service was 5 stars and I was in and out in about 7 minutes!!!!

I love the product and the staff are always amazing . With my discount prices are better than other dispensaries, also grow healthy has better products . I order online ,my orders are always filled within the hour I place and in store wait time is short unlike other dispensaries . I can't express how friendly the staff are and how welcoming they make you feel .It bring an easy to my experience how comfortable they make you feel while visiting .

I stopped in as a brand new MMJ user today. I was greeted with smiles, good advice and a very easy process. I would recommend this as a first stop to anyone new to using. I didn't feel stupid asking a million questions. My kids were welcomed, too. Couple high points: -tv screens showing what is available in what flavors - bright, open space I tried a Trulieve down the street and that was a nightmare. I also placed an order for delivery which was nice for obtain items not available/sold out.

I had never been to a dispensary before so I was nervous. The staff eased my anxiety immediately. They were all friendly and helpful. Patient with my questions and just made the process really simple. Will definitely be back.

This was my first visit here after hearing really good reviews! Kimberly was really nice, everyone was super friendly! I got a new strain I've never had before and I'm excited to try it! I will definitely go back and check out other products on the menu I was interested in!

I ordered online with them many times. It is a in and out experience. Plus, the military discount is the best in town. THC and CBD levels are listed on their medication much unlike other dispensaries in FL. The only complaint is wish I could buy the flower in more than 3.5g (I saw a review where you can get 1/2 oz) and vapes in 1g!

This is my second time here. First time was great. This time I purchase 8 8th and and was short a gram in each one. So I was 8 grams short out of the whole ounces. I understand that they don’t weigh the stuff they just take it out the box and sell them, but they need to start weighing to make sure they receive what they suppose to get so the customer will not get shorted. Now i have to wait for my flower to start over before they can make it right.
