I am always amazed at the great service. I was helped today by Carly, she helped me understand the point system and saved me some money. She was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.

As soon as you walk through the magical entry you're greeted with happy smiles & warm welcomes from compassionate knowledgeable bud tenders who take the time to get to know you, your wants and needs. Zee, Katie, Jamie & Enrique are just a few of the best cannabis guides available in Ocala; not to mention the flower variety at Grow Healthy is tremendous and has yet to disappoint!!! They have carts for every budget & taste, RSO, keif... the prices are right, the service is PHENOMENAL, I can not give the Grow Healthy staff here in Ocala enough praise. Grow Healthy IS # 1 in my book.

I've only been once and if I could rate it a 0.00/0.00 I would. For one, I asked for help with product and my budtender couldn't help me. When it came time to checkout- the ASSISTANT manager with blue hair argued with me over the first time discount, I had to pull it up on my phone for proof instead of her being able to look it up herself online(lazy much)? She then MANUALLY applied the discount to each of my products.... one $5 off, the other $3.50 off... uhm.. its a 25% off right, so how can you math that incorrectly. Of course I was fed up and ready to leave before I even realized, and when I got home and called them back to let them know I was met with MORE attitude. Girl needs to go because she CLEARLY doesn't beong in the industry nor does she care about the patients.

They have there act together at this location. I was a walk in. 5th in line. I was out the door with my meds in less than 10-12 mi it’s no cap. I will exclusively shop here whenever we go full Rec. My rating is 9.88/10

The staff and the product are top shelf. The management is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist with any questions. Their RSO is amazingly efficient for mental and physical ailments from dementia and anxiety to arthritis and muscle pain. The CBD RSO is the best CBD product on the market. Their whole flower is cured with skill and has the most trichomes on any available anywhere. The distillate even tastes true to the parent flower and has comparable effects unlike some other distillate out there that tastes flavored not natural and seems to only have only high THC effects with less natural terpenes for more of entourage effect. I believe the quality makes the prices well worth the investment. When compared to the competitors, there is no competition.

Nice store but they don't have enough employees working. Wait time is at least 20 min with no one ahead of me. They need to get there stuff together.

Great atmosphere, friendly customer support,short line, short wait, great variety of strains, price on flower is flat 50$ , no matter the strain,unless you buy littles. DONT GET ME WRONG THOUGH!..The variety/choice selections outweighs the price height! IF YOU ARE NEW, MENTION YOUR COUPONS THAT EVERYONE GETS 1st and 2nd visit , regardless of physical coupon card!!!!

AS ALWAYS The the service was an excellent experience. Kim helped me get my order placed when something was out of stock. She was very helpful and just made things alot easier. The flower that I get here is the best around hands down! Keep up the excellent growing. Those guys and gals need some recognition as well!!!

My experience with GrowHealthy was absolutely amazing!!! I’ve shopped at several other dispensaries locally, and others not locally before it was an option. I heard about growhealthy through a friend and figured why not I would give it a shot! The whole experience was great from start to finish. The girl in reception was friendly, patient, and explained their process to me, and actually made eye contact with me like I was a human being (you might think hmm this seems standard but I can assure you at other dispensaries it is not) Within a couple of minutes I was brought to the sales floor. Where an associate Jessie literally walked me through every product they had both in stock and what may be coming soon. She explained which each “ prescription” did and how it would benefit my illness. I was in there for at least an hour if not more not because of wait but just because Jessie took her time to review everything with me! She was patient answered all my ridiculous questions. Any other dispensary I have been to just kind of plane Jane’s it and tells you what they have, get it for you, and you’re on your way. So Jessie, and from what I saw, all growhealthy associates take their time, and genuinely seem to care. On another note with this whole Corona virus disruption I have to say that growhealthy also handled this amazingly too, the store is spotless, another associate was wiping down counters, and there was an abundance of hand sanitizer everywhere too. They were very in tune with the fact that they have ill patients coming in and we’re taking all the right precautions to keep us healthy and safe. This store just felt like home, everyone was friendly and relaxed but were able to still keep it business and help me with all my needs. I 100% will be back and I recommend this to ANYONE looking for a real interaction and help, not to be treated like you’re just buying a candy bar at a gas station. Growhealthy of Ocala WILL be my new place to shop from here on out and I look forward to working with Jessie again, and all the other growhealthy team. Thanks for changing my vision of what a dispensary is and should be.

This dispensary delivers a first class experience from check-in to check-out. The staff at the check-in were friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. Both Mia and Mike at check-out made made the experience fun and allowed me to view the flower before purchase. The also took the time to make sure I found the right strain for the dealing with anxiety. All the flowers I tried were amazing and very affordable due to their incredible 30% Vets discount. I've been to about 6 different dispensaries and I can say hands down this is the best in Central Florida.

Wait time was only because they’re still training. Excellent customer service and I like what I’ve tried so far!!

Third or fourth time shopping at this location now and had another good experience. First one didn’t go the best but every interaction since has been stellar. Picked up some Bubba K flower. Both taste and effect are on point Also got Emerald City K and White 99. I’ve had EC before but can’t wait to try the White 99! They’ve been dead nuts on weight every single time (8/8). I didn’t rate atmosphere bc I’ve never been inside. I can’t wait for all this Covid bs to pass

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Mike is nice, knowledgeable and doesn't mind helping his employees or customers when they have a question.
