Trulieve- Reading (Lancaster)

At least the last three times I purchased flower from Trulieve, it was dry. Not just one particular brand; it doesn't seem to matter. It angers me that I spend good money and get bad products. You build relationships with your tenders, and I don't want to go to another dispensary, but if that's what I have to do to get fresh flower, I will. I know they said to bring it back, but that is time-consuming and a little embarrassing. This is not okay! It probably should be reported to the companies they buy from because it reflects on them. Why is this?

We need to get together and stop these people from charging us this merchant fee because then we got to pay credit card fees cash app fees somebody's getting rich already from all the fees they charge on the credit cards,, boycott the credit card fees

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, they explain everything well and they can usually tell you which strains are better then others

The people who are the faces I interact with are super awesome and service focused. Going here makes me joyful.
