They say it is a black, woman owned business. And that is certainly apparent by how much of a shitshow it is.

Their customer service is excellent and the staff seems knowlegable of products and are able to answer questions easily. Every person I have encountered while picking up my order has been friendly, polite, and courteous. The facility is clean. The time it takes to pick up an online order during down times is about 10 minutes. Chase and Gavin are awesome and are always a joy to interact with. On the negative, prices are high here. I have to plan my purchases based on the sales they have during the month, and once the special comes around, they end up not having any of the products in stock that I was counting on...or reduced quantities. The Loyalty Program needs to be reviewed. To me, a $50 gift card for spending $3,000.00 seems cheap of you. I mean really...1.6%? And that's not counting the discount you get for buying AMAZON gift cards in bulk. If you are going to give away a gift card, it should be one that we can use THERE. They you get your money back! What marketing genius failed to think of this? If you need marketing or customer service assistance training, let me know. Thanks for your help with our patients.

So where to start… been in the program for 3-4 years now and never seen the price hike like today… Went and purchased a half for 150 which was on sale 115 otd..not to shabby… same stuff 1 day later got a 20 price hike which isn’t right… I don’t recommend going here .. I’d rather have the trulieve than what’s happening now …

Most of the budtenders are great, but there is a bad apple or two. There is one guy in particular whom always talks smack every time I am unfortunate enough to run into him. Heads up to the budtenders, even though you are behind the glass some people can read your lying lips.
