First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

My go -to dispensary, always friendly staff.
I have given this dispensary more chances than I should have because of the convenient location. I wanted to like them and have them as my main dispensary. A few reasons I find myself disappointed is pricing and ignorant staffing. Recently, I would call in phone orders and ask to verify they had the items requested from their online menu, then when I showed up they would not have half the order in stock and need to substitute. I have tried Mission, Beyond-Hello, Cure, Keystone shops, Terravida, Harvest, and Rise with the service from Harvest on 5th street being the worst experience collectively from all companies I have interacted with since my medical card was issued. The breaking point for me with this company came when I had an issue come up that prompted a supervisor to be involved and Supervisor Darlene left me with a strong enough opinion of the company that I will never be using Harvest again. Luckily Beyond-Hello just opened up a new building in reading so we have options in the area now.
