I placed a pre-order yesterday for Blue Dream—a rare strain to find in Florida and one of the few that helps my productivity.
Today, after driving 35 minutes (one-way), I arrive to find out that harvest as an actually have pre-orders!
They basically have same-day pick up holds… so they cancel and restock your order if you’re not there before close of business. This wasn’t explained when I placed the order. There was no warning in the confirmation text.
Instead, I spent 70 minutes driving in rain and traffic to find out that Harvest cancelled my order. They are now out of the only strain I care to buy.
No other dispensary cancels orders on the same day they’re placed. Trulieve keeps pre-orders at least 48 hours after an order is filled.
So why don’t you stop calling it a pre-order and call it what it is—a same day product hold? You could at least tell customers how long they have to pick up an order… so they don’t spend 35 minutes driving home thinking about how much they hate your dispensary.

I love Harvest and it not their fault but I'm so frustrated with the disposable but reusable vape pens..I've vape along time , but still oil is lost and wasted that I can't afford..I'm trying to survive...not get high. I have severe appetite problems. idk what else to do..Pen is charged up..full of oil..and NOT clogged..purple lite NOT working anymore NO hit coming out despite being clear. plug it in..charged up..purple light comes on...NOTHING THO...FRUSTRATED and about to just GIVE UP...TOO MUCH MONEY wasted but Harvest is TOP NOTCH.. it sucks I'm gonna have to stop everything and just give up on anorexia....it wins

Was a first time customer a few days ago and had heard great things about harvest so i made the 45 min drive. The guy at the front was super friendly but the girl in the back where I got my order was not so much. I had to pry to get her to answer my questions and when she answered shed give the bare minimum answer, huge disappointment. I'll at least give them one more try before i completely write them off. 🤞

Loved the flower I got from here! Such friendly staff. Clean retail environment & colorful brand! I really enjoyed it and will be back!
