I didn't like the fact that i had an online order scheduled for pickup between 11:00-11:30. I arrived at 10:55 and had to wait in a line of 12 people. Once inside I stated i had an online order and sat down. i continuously saw people that were behind me in line, without online orders being called before me. I wasn't the only one this was happening to, other people voiced their opinions of the lack of organization. Once in back, Candice was very rude and raissing her voice. She also threatened to not sell my meds to me(veteran) if I didn't stop complaining about the poor service. She said she didn't have control over the orders SHE pulled to fill, DUH! Never had such a bad experience until Candice. The lady at the front desk needs to learn to tell time, also.
