I went into the store today. I viewed the digital menu and was prepared to make my selections. When I got to my budtender I was told that they didn't have the product they were advertising on the menu. I drove 320 mile round trip from Ohio to come to the store as I regularly do to be told they didn't have what they were advertising on t he menu. Not only that but I my veterans discount wasn't applied to what I had to end up styling for. I am a disabled veteran and this is my live saving medicine. I'm so disappointed with this experience that I think I'm taking my business elsewhere from here on.

These are reviews for 3 separate visits to the dispensary. ###UPDATE 02/15/22### I missed last month, but this dispensary has now become a bi-weekly to monthly quest to acquire the best product at the best prices. Tried their flower, it was solid. I especially enjoyed Big Head, and their indica strains. I have purchased carts, flower, edibles (hard candy, gummies, and RSO), clothing, and supplies from this spot and have never had a bad experience. Seriously hope that they get cleared for mail orders at some point soon, but for now this trek, has at least kinda almost as exciting as acquiring bud was in the late 90's and early 2000's. Ugh ***Update for visit on 11/21*** So, I went ahead and updated my rating of heads as I paid a quick visit to the competition in the area and they are nowhere near the level that this dispensary is at! The staff is spot on! Mercedes was extremely helpful in helping me with a rather large order. She was very knowledgeable and quick to locate the products I was describing. She also used incredible active listening skills and treated me like a preferred customer when all the surrounding dispensaries that popped up seem to just be interested in trying to get your money. This time my overall rating has gone up to 10 out of 10!*** end of 11/20 visit... First, I would like to mention that this was my first visit to this dispensary. Everything about the experience was especially awesome and I truly felt like a kid in the candy store at this place. My budtender, Harry, was knowledgeable and guided me to where I needed to go. The only thing I could come up with as a negative was the wait time to check-in and actually get taken back which was obviously no fault of the staff that was present, it just happened to be a very high traffic time to go. The prices were the best I have personally seen from the standpoint of an Ohio medical marijuana patient normally so it doesn't take too much to impress me in the pricing area as what we have available in OH is ridiculous compared to what is available simply by taking a quick road trip to this dispensary (more than 3 hours in one direction away...worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!) to be extremely satisfied with the best alternative to literally ANYWHERE currently in OH. Also, while Harry was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and respectful, literally EVERYONE of the staff treated me with the same respect and were very efficient in keeping the large influx of clients that showed up at the same time moving as best they could, but the demand seems to overshadow the supply when everyone is waiting 45 min to a half hour to even start the selection process wasn't the best, but it seemed that if the dispensary had more staff the long wait times could be circumvented and the process would have been so much smoother. Overall great experience!!! 8.75 ******** outta 10 **********.

Personable staff Knowledgeable about strains Efficient service Easy access parking I’d like to personally acknowledge Diana as she was patient, kind, and overall thorough with my questions regarding products/effectiveness-in regards to what my overall medicinal/therapeutic goals. She was personable and incredibly efficient. Each visit to this dispensary, I’ve experienced seamless and phenomenal service-the staff are always friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The shop environment is clean and overall relaxing. I’ve found the staff and business to have a blend of hospitality and professionalism!! Keep on keeping on y’all because you’re doing an awesome job!

Reviewing the flower I just purchased yesterday: I usually like Heavy Weights brand, got the Wet P... and it smells like musty pipe water(little to no scent) and it tastes super dry like it's been in someone's attic. Dusty. Heads is another dispensary that's heavily overpriced. I like the staff here more than any place in town though ✌

First time I came in, I met the receptionist (I think his name was chad) super nice guy, really professional, knew his stuff. He got me put into the system, got me some points to use on free merch then sent me back to see the amazing team of bud tenders. They were all very knowledgeable and patient. Walked away with some great herb, and was a very happy customer. Great deals and good bud, I'll definitely be back.

Heads is my favorite dispensary in Adrian. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the product selection is on point and the products don’t disappoint. We will continue shopping here until you all expand into Ohio!

Superior customer experience to any dispensary I’ve ever been to. (About 13 now) . Their loyalty program is by far the best, prices are always good, and the bud tenders take their time in helping you find the perfect product. Everything about Heads is a cut above the rest :)

Did an online order thru Dutchie before work and the redemption lilac diesel was on sale for 45 so I got 3 of them and like a few other . Well after check out they charged me 60$ each on the lilac d I didn’t notice until I was in parking lot reviewing my receipt . So I’m the parking lot I called and they said a manager would call me back . No call back poor customer service. There are a ton of dispensary around so I’ll take my business elsewhere.
