My budtender was wonderful and I would loke to thank him VERY much!! I did however receive a call about the expiration date if my certification which could have been far more polite! A bit of customer service training may help to educate all calling customers to advise - According to our records your certificate may be expired, however if you have recently renewed please bring the information when you pickup. Versus - Wendie your certificate is expired, we need information for your order. Wording is KEY that needs to be stressed to those in customer facing/calling rolls!! This was a first so maybe it's a specific employee training issue, the rudeness continued when I entered and exited after I mentioned the call!! As well callers should ask if this is a good time, do you have a minute etc as I was at an appointment and didn't need that disruption or lacking empathy, courtesy call!! Politeness goes a VERY long way!!!

Fantastic bud tenders, deals and and selection

Im a med patient, this is the second time this occurred. The first time the Store Manager called me and assured me that it was a mistake. Im starting to believe this is just how minorities are treated here. Fast forward to 2/9/24 i walk in around 2:30pm (5 people already in the lobby). All 5 people are called in plus 2 people who came in after me. Frustrated, I knock on the window to ask the receptionist whats going on? He said he put me in queue he doesn’t know what they’re doing back there. Im then called, they tried to say because i was trying to exchange a faulty cart i had to be seen by a lead. I find it hard to believe a lead was tied up for that duration of time (almost 30 minutes). Im starting to think this is cultural/behavioral since this has now happened to me twice at this location. I wonder if this would’ve happened TWICE had I looked like the other people in the lobby… I wonder if other minorities have experienced this or didn’t notice because they assumed the people were med not rec. Not to mention they still didn’t do my exchange of the faulty cart they sold saying it was out if the 48 hour window. Told me to call District Cannabis about the cart, I’ll be calling more than them.

I wanted to highlight the fact that when staff is minimal,Tahlia is always in the building. Appreciate the premiere service!

The place is great... BUT!! you've gotta show the sales on the Leafly app.... and not just a "list of deals" but the actually SALE PRICE with the product when you click on the product that's on sale.
