Herb Social is the best dispensary in the area, hands down. The staff is super friendly, the prices are great, and the product selection is awesome. The budtenders actually listen and give thoughtful recommendations. Loved the vibe and I’ll definitely be back! And bonus points for the food drive they’re running for the community.

11/18/2025. Danny and I went to your shop today. Carded in and 5 folks were in front of us. We both got 14G of RYTHM Brownie Scout. My total was $128.18. Pretty Good. Man behind me got the Last One, 9:09 am! Took at most 5 mins. to get it once served. Thank You DANIELLE for the fast and very polite works from you today. Help me out here. I have shopped your store before and I still canNOT get my POINTS from buying at your shop. Get ME my points ,PLEASE fix this PLEASE! You have ALL my info.

Love Herb Social. The staff is great, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere relaxed. This is my go to dispensary.

Start your day by being pulled into the office and reprimanded for clocking in just 2–3 minutes late — despite the policy allowing a 5-minute window. Lose your monthly samples as punishment, then be expected to put on a smile and finish your shift as if nothing happened.
I learned very quickly to never speak up to management or share honest feedback. Speaking up about what I thought was fair and suggesting improvements directly led to my termination — labeled simply as “retaliation.”
Management:
The management team will push you out the door if you don’t fall completely in line. The current acting manager even confided in other employees about actively trying to push people out. It’s openly expected that you’ll eventually be fired for one reason or another.
Workplace Culture:
The job itself can be fun and fast-paced, but it’s equally dull during slow times. The enjoyable part is the friends you make and the positive energy created by your co-workers — which management slowly drains by creating a tense, stagnant atmosphere where termination is always looming.
Hardest Part of the Job:
Constant harassment and punishment from management for issues beyond your control — like not being relieved for breaks, being sick, or simply having a life outside of work.
Most Enjoyable Part:
The camaraderie with co-workers and the fun environment the employees build together — before management turns it into a prison-like setting where everyone walks on eggshells.
