Herb is great, on time and when you factor in a drive, gas, parking and time, having it delivered is cheaper. The tax we pay at a shop plus the gas and time is minimized by the delivery. Bud is always very good. Presented from the four times and will continue.

I loved the service and how quickly they contacted me. However, I ordered a full gram vape cartridge that would work with the select battery I have and they sent me a 1/2 cartridge of a different brand of the same strain. I was disappointed but not enough to not order again

I have not gone to the actual store, but I have used their delivery services. Herb was very professional and timely! The packaging was very nice as the product comes in a nice rectangular box with the logo. They even gave me a lighter with my first order! Along with the box is a card that lists all the deals they have which was very helpful. The good flower brand I ordered was of great quality. I would definitely order from them again.

Herb is the most professional delivery service in LA. It's quick (usually delivered in under 45 minutes) the staff is knowledgeable and they have friendly drivers. I’ve used them for about a year now and there's no need to look anywhere else. I like that they allow credit cards even apple pay (at pickup) and always have the exact products I want. Sure beats going to a dispensary any day. Highly recommended.
