This was my favorite shop until a recent decline in knowledge of the staff who pushed hydrocarbon extracted My Hi AIO as pure Rosin and the manager Jose said I need to complain to their supplier which doesn’t even market their product as Rosin. Jose basically said Herbal IQ does not stand behind the quality of the products they sell or warrant that their staff has knowledge of what they are selling. I probably will not go back.

Herbal IQ is the one stop and shop dispensary for me. Since day one of opening I’ve been a frequent customer. Products and brands don’t disappoint. I would highly recommend this place!

Herbal IQ has been my go to since dispensaries opened and they have given me no reason to stop going there. Always a pleasant trip and if I have any questions, they have the answers.

Been here a bunch. Nice staff and pretty quick in and out if you order ahead. Good eighths are pricey. I have questions about their Electraleaf products, I’ve gotten 2 straight orders with less than the allotted amount in the package (1/8) which wouldn’t be a huge problem if it didn’t cost so much. Also the advertised potency of the electraleaf kush mintz is falsely high, claiming to be 28% when the label I have right now says 25%. Overall okay, but being shorted twice in a row and having improper labeling online has me thinking twice about going back. Might go back to BBD for equally good stuff at a significantly lesser price.

I went there once to check them out. Just needed a new vape cart battery and figured that I would get a vape cart to check out the quality they sold. The person working had no idea what a vape cart battery was... Great start. Someone else managed to get a battery for me. The vape cart leaked out. Unusable. Never again.

This was my first dispensary experience, and I can honestly say I was absolutely blown away by how attentive and polite the customer service was and how big the selection was, they have a hands free order kiosk and edibles I've never even thought of exiting. 10/10 absolutely phenomenal

Nothing like asking a budtender to reccomend a product and they go for what they were pushed to get rid of due to expiring today. You get no warning, no discount, you pay $44 for an 1/8 plus NYS tax and get product that expires in hours, budttender gets a prize. I wonder what NYS thinks about these sales practices. Manager did not care, said i can drive 16 miles back to swap if I'm that unhappy. Hey folks, you go to the butcher and pay top dollar for your meat, and find out it expires that day, after purchase. Then the MGR reply is "NYS allows us to do it" I highly doubt NYS allows you to sell expires today product, at premium price, citing NYS for the price being that high, without warning the consumer, in such a highly regulated industry.

As a medical user the tax now is the only difference in pricing ..

Never noticed order was ready for pick up

I love being able to grab a gram of regulated live rosin for $56.50 and it’s only a 25 minute drive. That’s not a bad price in this crappy New York marijuana market and it’s not a bad drive compared to driving to the rez. And the rosin from Ithaca organics is solid stuff too. I recommend Herbal IQ all day.

Been going here a few months. Great atmosphere and service. Entered a raffle and got a free infused hot chocolate just for coming in and shopping. Rachel was sweet and knowledgeable and made good recommendations. Love it here!

I really like Herbal IQ. It very quickly became my new go to spot. Even with prices that may be higher than a lot of us are used to with the reservation and sticker shops, this bud is worth it. I haven’t been dissatisfied with anything I’ve purchased. I usually ask the staff to help pick something out based off what I’ve liked in the past when I feel like switching it up. Super knowledgeable and happy to help within your budget.
