Love it so much

Was my first time and I was quite anxious about going in, but Danielle made me so comfortable and answered every question I had! Very polite staff and such an open comfortable atmosphere!

Quality as always grassroots stay classy.

There has never been a single thing that I have disliked about any of my experiences at Herbology in Minot. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. I was nervous the first time I went in, but I was immediately put at ease by the people working there. I’m writing this review now because for some reason my ;early account completely disappeared along with my original review. So here is it’s replacement one. I would recommend herbology to anyone. From their general manager to trainees every person I’ve had contact with has been excellent. Couldn’t be better!

The Herbology in Minot has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. Danielle has such a positive vibe that I walk out of there always smiling. Thank you!

This place is awesome, the staff knows their stuff and are super helpful. Quality product and a nice variety as well. Lots of stuff to try. Would like to see them sell THC capsules for when you don't want to smoke but still want relief. Very cool place, Danielle is the best!

The very best part of visiting Herbology in Minot, was how helpful the staff is! Excellent service, and very knowledgeable.

This is my first, and only, experience--have been coming here for a couple/few months now. I was nervous at first, and seeing all the security measures, it made me even more nervous. Of course, I quickly realized the safer the better!!! And it was within a few moments that the staff (including the incredibly lovely security guard) had be completely at ease. You will not be rushed. You will be treated kindly and with a listening ear. They're more than happy to chat, to help you find exactly what you need. They are great with knowledge and recommendations. Now, I've been there maybe 4-5 times and am excited to go tomorrow! There are so many there I really enjoy, from (of course) the security guard. Sam and Aundrea are great, and I recently met the manager as well who is also fantastic, and finally, maybe my favorite is a girl who said she had just come back to work, and we chatted a bit about her kids. I wish I could remember her name. They're all great, though, including some fellas who helped me the first time I was here, before I'd even met many of the gals. My only wish is that they were closer to where I live. ;) Or maybe that would be dangerous.

Great quality products. Always friendly and kind. Wish ND had more selection of edibles, but overall a great store.

I love this place the quality of their product is 100% on point..

Everyone that works there from the guard outside to the staff inside are all nice and welcoming. It's very cleanly and smells good too! Once in the inner sanctum the atmosphere is the same with knowledgeable staff always willing to help when you've questions. They also help you get the most bang for your buck. I'd recommend them to anyone new to the area.

I cannot say enough how friendly everyone is there. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they provide.
