Right away I was greeted at the door and again when I entered the lobby. But when I was brought back and started speaking with Jamie I felt like I’d known her forever. Very upbeat and friendly and answered all my questions promptly. The store itself is very clean and the displays are beautiful. Will definitely be back. Thank you Jamie, you’re awesome!

From the first time I visited I’ve experienced nothing but the best service from the staff and they do an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the dispensary. I will definitely be back many times in the future!

Jamie is very helpful! Always great customer service with all staff members. Atmosphere is perfect, it is usually never too busy to where I have to wait. Quality of products is always as described. I prefer the Devils lake location over the Minot location. 11/10

The friendly staff and very helpful service. Jayme was very helpful and answered all my questions in an understanding way. My very first time to Herbology was in Minot and I wasn’t very satisfied. I am very new to marijuana and the staff in Minot seemed way too rushed to help me make decisions on how to use the products. The staff here in Devils Lake made my visit very comfortable and eased my perception of medical marijuana. I didn’t feel like I was visiting a drug dealer like portrayed in movies. I will be keeping Devils Lake and Jayme as my go to place for my medical marijuana.
